Steak 'n Shake, Dayton OH

Terrible! They expect you to order through a kiosk. Even for dining in. Really! Us older folks have a hard enough time navigating cell phones & computers. Went to cracker barrel where they are customer friendly.

Steak and shake is always a go to place wherever we go! It's one of our favs back home as well!

This is slowly turning into my new goto place for food instead of Taco Bell. I think it's because it's the last of its kind. They've been dying off all around where I live but they have the cherry/vanilla Coke

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with how it has changed full service. Now have ro use kiosk to order food. No service! Veey bad changes!

Good burgers. Sad they got rid of strawberry banana milkshakes. They are all too sweet/ candy flavors. Miss the breakfast sliders too. Won't be back as much: (

Great visit great service great food these guys today were outstanding I love steak and shake and this restaurant did a great job very nice people! I love coming here I'll be back to eat here again

I'm personally not a big fan of their food but it's nothing against them.just a personal choice. I don't eat red meat, etc. But my family loves it and say it's great! I live for their milkshakes! Omg they're amazing! Better than Dairy Queen by far!
Their French fries are SOOOOO good! Best around!

Love the new set up.ordering and service. Only down fall.they no longer have coleslaw.it was very neat and clean.

There are very friendly people, however they need to order their products was no milkshakes disappointing the cheeseburgers & fries leaves you not satisfied at all as much as we ordered for 4people got the order wrong was supposed to be 4 dbl cheeseburgers the fries undercooked string potatoes make it right wow.that's no exception for your business to your customers!

Was super excited to see that they have new owners. Went there tonight. Out of chili. Out of whipped cream. Then get home and open up our sandwich and there’s nothing on it. Annoyed & reminded us why we don’t go there

Why credit card only. Lot of people don't use card. Walked out won't be back two times a week customer

New management, faster service, higher quality food, and fun waiters/waitresses. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t come back in a while.

The food was good it was just a little hard getting used to putting orders on their computer screens

Food was just thrown together and very sloppy job putting stuff in the bag.so disappointing because I love this restaurant I came a long way to eat here.

They have a new menu system, everything is now self served. It went smooth, and was in and out rather quickly. The food was fresh and properly done. There was still a dining room attendendant to make sure everything was going well. Big turnaround for steak-n-shake!
