Best bang for the buck when you're in the mood for a great burger and fries! Don't forget the delicious gourmet shakes.

The most delicious burgers I have had in awhile. Beats Mcdonald's and Bugerking hands down.

Friendly and quick service. Made everything exactly as requested despite changes to regular menu items. Going here is a safe bet, the staff care about giving a good experience.

Well run. Friendly employees. Food cooked properly. Nice to see proud employees making a fast food establishment a treat to go to.

Food quality was phenomenal, restaurant was clean but. I really hope they bring back the cajun and other seasonings. Even the pepper sauces were completely out of liquid. Not gonna punish the store as they were phenomenal. Just really hope the company can at least bring back the seasonings.

Usually love steak and shake. Was very excited they opened dining room again. However the fries had sooo much salt on them they were not edible.

No more servers made an uncomfortable experience as the expo window kept looking at us. Servers add flavor to the restaurant experience.

I love steak and shake. I mainly get the Frisco melt meal. This location is clean and the staff is friendly. They changed to a self serve kiosk method of paying which I don't think is bad.

Steak and shake as a whole discontinued their fry seasoning which I will miss.

So good! Glad this location stayed open, cheap great food, Food was ready in less than 5 minutes for dine in.

The food is good but just a little pricey for what you get. I highly recommend just going through the drive thru

Family was looking forward to stopping here as we don't have Steak and Shakes in our area. Unfortunately the experience was not very good. No more servers, in fact no one even takes your order. It's like McDonald's and you have to order on a screen. Then go get your food from the line cooks when it's done. Food was in no way exciting either. Definitely not worth the money, better options are out there.

Ever since just about every Steak and Shake closed it's doors due to no one buying into the franchise, I am glad this one stuck around. I liked the reduced sized menu and service actually seems faster without the table service.

Beware of the “FAKE” reviews below trying to get people to be ok with a self ordering system instead of a server. I ended up leaving Steak and Shake and going to Fast Eddies around the corner instead where there’s a server and salads etc…We went in to Steak N Shake in Parma and discovered you had to use a self checkout ordering system and your food gets put on the counter and you have to serve yourself. NO THANKS! No salads, no service, no cashiers, no business from me! I’m not serving myself at these prices and the atmosphere is reduced to a “food court” like at a mall or something. I could go to McDonald’s if I wanted that and it’s way cheaper! I’m not bending to self checkout for my dining experience. If you can’t find people to work then shut the doors and I’ll cook at home. Nothing special about a burger or a hot dog. I can make that myself at home too. Steak and Shake used to be the spot and now it’s just a memory here and gone away. BTW: Fast Eddies was delicious I’m glad we ditched Steak and Shake.

Love the new style! The food was nice and fresh! Nice and fast! And clean is pretty much to good to be true! For sure coming! Back!

I'm from Florida. Steak n Shake in most parts of the country I have found are absolute garbage this one is pretty choice though. Not alot of waiting great food I dunno they opened one in like ritsy Downtown Los Gatos in California and that closed in 2 months. We go once a month maybe twice which is alot for me.

They only had one machine to order from that took cash, very dirty inside the restaurant, the menu is not as big to pick from like before. Will not be going back any time at all!
