This location is not open, and has not been for a very long time! It's been closed down for about 5 years!

Closed down. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the excessive wait times and health code violations.

Ordered 2 milkshakes for carry out at 5: 20pm. Didn't leave with our milkshakes until 5: 42pm. There were many excuses provided and the wrong shakes were even brought out, but there is no reason 2 milkshakes should take 22 minutes when they weren't even that busy. Terrible customer service and management at this location.

The best thing about this location is the prices. Other than that it should close it's doors for good. I'm the only carryout customer there and only 6 dine in customers. Everyone behind the counter is on their phones & playing music. Got my order wrong & had greasy potatoe coins. When i addressed the issue the " Manager " told me to take them home and re-heat them because there grease was REALLY DIRTY.
I couldn't believe my ears. I told her that was bad business and her reply was it doesn't affect her and she doesn't care. As a matter of fact I don't really know who was the Manager because they all were playing like kids. I don't even want my $$ back. I will never return there. This happened 4th of July 2017 @ 10 a.m.
If u can't clean the location & get better workers save company money and close the place. Thanks.

There is way to many beans in their chili. My best advice is to stick with sandwiches and shakes

Was avoided by two servers, one finally came and took our order. She was very nice. But we should not have waited that long.

Got food to - go and it came out cold, fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and when sitting at the bar waiting for my order I saw a small red and black bug on the counter and no one really seemed to do anything about it. I'm giving two stars however because most of the employees were super sweet and I've usually had good experiences here, even though the wait time can be long. I was really disappointed with my last visit, but hopefully if I visit again the experience will be better, but I'm not to keen on visiting again. Extremely disappointed and sort of grossed out, (saw more bugs on my way out).

The last time I was there like had to wait forever for service and getting my check took even longer.

It was ok. There were only 2 waitresses for the whole restaurant. Whe. My husband and I got there one side was closed off and cleaned up and the other side was pretty full with a few booths open. We were sat down right away and the waitress Becky came over and got our drink and shake order and gave us menus and said she would be right back to take our orders. Few mins later she came back with our drinks and said it would be a little bit for our shakes. She took our order. We waited for a good 25 to 30 mins for our shakes that came out with our meals. Our food was great and services was awesome because Becky was super sweet. She even tried to help the other waitress out when her customers got rude asking about their shakes. She kept her cool while they were very nasty about everything. They seemed very low staffed in the kitchen also and were getting alot of business.
