I generally don’t like steak Steak ‘n Shake. Too cold, dirty, loud. My kids like the food, so I humor them.
This location seems different. As of July 2023, they use a touch-screen ordering system for everyone, including dine-in.
The store seemed clean (except for the perennially dirty floors — (is this part of the brand?)
Food came quick enough, and the new semi-self-service atmosphere seems like a stark improvement.
This location is doing something right!
