Very rude customer service they towed my car for no reason from my apartment complex l, I called and asked them why they towed my car and her name is Angie very rude by the way she said they got a call from the rental office to tow my car because it was abandoned. I said OK I went to the office and asked them why you guys reported my car was abandoned and the manager in the office she said we never reported your car abandoned that’s not true then I call Angie to confirm that they didn’t report it so why you tow my car she was very angry rude and she said if you want your car, you have to pay and get it out I’m not going and forth with you and I said you towed my car for no reason then she hung up. I went back to the rental office and called Angie back She spoke with the office manager and she said I never told him that I got called from you guys. She completely denied telling me about getting a call from the office to tow my car.and the office manager say send me pictures of the car that shows the violations then angie emailed her the pictures then the office manager said I don’t see any reason for them to tow your car so you have to talk to them. I went in person to the office to talk to Angie.once again she was very rude. She said if you don’t pick it up today we are gonna close for Christmas and it’ll be close for five days there is isn’t other choice but we going keep charging you. I didn’t want to take the chance I just went and paid got my vehicle out. Definitely suing her.

I’ve had my vehicle repossessed by them in the past by the Cincinnati crew. I had no issue at all with any of their personnel or my personal property. I however am a person who takes ownership of my mistakes or situations and went in without having an attitude. Nor did I project any hostility toward individuals who deal everyday with angry people. You get what you give in this life. If you don’t like the road you are currently on don’t take it out on others just doing their job. That road you are riding on and the road your vehicle is being towed away on… Is your own ASPHALT! Be better!

They stole my friend's fire arm and they lie about not having it. Also, they tell my friend to report to the police and he have to wait until the police can identified it.they not professional with there job and the place needs to be shut down because of their lack of work and lying about not having someone items after taking the car.

Very rude at the counter, seemed like they did not want to be there nor help me. After my car had been received it was ran sacked throughout. My title was on the ground as such as everything else that was in my glov box. My firearm was locked up in my trunk and was missing after I went through my car. I filled a police report on it. If they don’t find it karma will. Save yourself and invest with another company

They took stuff out of my car and lied about it. I emailed them pictures and descriptions but they never responded. The people gonna get what they deserve can’t keep getting away with this

Without a doubt, the least professional experience I have ever had the displeasure of going through. The fact that it’s cash only is red flag enough but when you go to get your vehicle back, the hillbilly won’t show up on time and attempts to make you sign a waiver before you even see the car. I’ve reported them to the IRS and I suggest anyone else that comes across them do the same. They’re a horribly run company that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them as opposed to generating their income. All the women in the Columbus office ought to be ashamed of themselves, Angie especially. She will try to talk over and down to you. They’re horrifically run and incredibly disorganized, expect the worst and hope for the bare minimum. Angie has the nerve to attempt to lecture you as if you don’t already understand that you’ve made a mistake, and it’s not as though she’s in any position to give advice either, 58 years old working a miserable position, for a lackluster company that’s cooking the books. My credit union said they won’t be using Stealth going forward because of the difficulties they presented and their lack of professionalism. I’m sorry to anyone looking them up because you’ll probably have to deal with them in some capacity. Jake the tow man is kind but equally ignorant, don’t expect him to be helpful or informed. 0/5 would not recommend

Would leave 0 stars if I could. They took stuff out of my car and lied about it. I emailed them pictures and descriptions but they never responded. It was a gift from me and my wife’s anniversary trip that they stole. Terrible!

This is about a Fly by Night outfit that won't return your calls. This company has different branches that the corporate office Can Not even get a hold of them. So how do you expect someone to pickup their Vehicle? Going to contact the BBB to file a report. Don't know if this will do any good or not but at least it will be on file with the BBB.

Despite the previous reviews I did infact have a good experience. I acknowledge the fact that failed to me an agreement that caused me to be in a position to have to do business with a company like Stealth as well. With that being said, staff was pleasant and helpful, gave me plenty of time to clean out my vehicle, provided me tools to remove my plate etc. I was even able to call them once I left to request that they grab my glances that I forgot and they were happy to go back out and retrieve the last of my belongings. I have no complaints with this company, they did their job, they stuck to the rules they created for getting my stuff out of the vehicle, and nothing was missing. Certainly not trying to take away from anyone else’s experience, but after reading all the reviews I didn’t know what to expect. Now that it’s done, I can honestly say they were not bad at all!

Truly terrible and awful women work for this company. I’m not sure what’s going on in their lives personally but they seem to take it out on patrons. So far it has been an awful experience. I’ve never been treated so terribly by a company in my life. They are rude. Flat out incompetent. Lazy. Slow to answer. No help. Cindy and whoever are in the Columbus location don’t want to help anyone in Cincinnati get ahold of Shauna in the Tri- County location. I’ve paid to retrieve my vehicle and have been trying to schedule an appointment to pick it up for over a week. My calls have not been returned. And I was just hung up on because she ‘did not want to deal with my mouth’ when I was just trying to explain the circumstances of why I was reaching out to their god awful location again. Terrible business practices and customer service. I was blindly transferred and she said ‘honey you called me’. I told her to not call me honey- she did not deserve to call me a term of patronizing endearment. I will be reporting to the better business bureau as well. I’ve paid and can’t get my vehicle? ! And talked to in such a way that I feel disrespected when I merely was needing assistance- unacceptable. Shady business practices at best. I pray for anyone that has to deal with them. Stay positive. And don’t let them steal your joy. It’s important to not take their nastiness personally. It is them. Not you.

Well they seemed like they were good and I wasn’t understanding the bad reviews until I got home and realized they stole stuff out my car. So there’s that

Literally the worst customer service ever. Shawna was completely unprofessional, argued with me and was a nightmare to deal with.
