This company is wonderful! They gave my a 4-6pm time window and called at 3: 30 to say that they were on their way. The consulted with me and gave my suggestions on what they could do and what they recommended, but kept price reasonable. He was easy to work with, professional and the job was so quick! I couldn't believe it. We had some nasty stains that we had tried to remove multiple times with our own carpet cleaners and his work was amazing! The price is incredible and I would recommend to everyone!

We were getting pricing to have our 13 year old lower lever carpet replaced. That project will be difficult because of the Pool Table so I decided (upon recommendation of a relative) to use Steam X Eastern to get a few more years out of the carpet. WOW!
