Avoid. This place is unprofessional.

I have gone to them twice in the last 6 months — before and after the birth of my daughter — to remove and put jewelry back in. Both times I had positive experiences.

One of my jewelry fell out and I returned for a third time (in a matter of 6 months) to get the stud back in.

Back story: My piercings are well over a decade old, not remembering where I got them. (Some I’ve had done in Toledo, a few in Columbus.)

Nevertheless, because I couldn’t remember, she refused to help me. I had the same woman who I had a great experience with when I first had my jewelry removed before birth. She refused to help me this time.

I do not recommend this place to others due to their inconsistency and unprofessionalism.

I recommend Rudy for all your tattoos! He’s very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable! I was getting a back tat and he made sure I was taken care of and even went out of his way to buy me and my friends nipple pasties so we were comfortable. I highly recommend!

The shop is and looks amazing! My artist, Zel, has incredible talent and does amazing work! I’ve had several tattoos done by him and his work never disappoints! Book him!

My friend and I did a couple walk in tattoos and we had the pleasure of being tattooed by Zell! He was very knowledgeable, super chill, and a true artist. It was also my friends first tattoo and he had her completely at ease.

Everyone was welcoming as soon as I walked in! Aaron did a great job piercing my daith and cartilage!

Got a tattoo by Rudy and i enjoyed every second of the service. Very funny/educated person that knows his way around a tattoo. Go to this man he will get you right.

Zell is the only tattoo artist I want from now on he can take whats in you're mind and put it to ink

Steven, yes STEVEN, is awesome. The whole staff was great, and though I don't think my style was what he normally does, Steve killed it and I'm very happy. Will be going back no doubt.

Zell did an amazing job on me and my friends tattoos! We got exactly what we wanted and they came out perfect, zell was super awesome and very professional along with the entire staff, i Will be back to see him many times in the future for sure

Stopped by to see if I could get a couple small tattoos. Rudy was with a customer but said he would let me know when he was done with his client. Rudy texted me and said he was ready for me, went back and Rudy got me in and took care of me. I had the best experience ever in this shop. I will recommend the shop and Rudy him self. Thank you very very much Rudy I know they were small but you knocked it out of the park. EVERYONE GO TO STEEL ADDICTIONS They are the best

Stacie was great! Got a dermal piercing on my face and my friend got her septum. She made everything super comfortable and shared her knowledge and stories with us! Not to mention it’s now almost 2 days later and I have absolutely no issues. No redness no swelling. I highly recommend!

Nice place. Didn't really get the help on a tattoo idea or talk about moving forward to get one. Got great help finding a nose ring.

Great atmosphere. Health department showed up while I was getting ready to get my tattoo. They handled it well.

Loved Staci! She was very informative and knew what she was doing. Very pleasant to work with. Jewelry is pricey but I love my piercing.
