I have Family there, they've treated them well over the years. I also, as well as Family, have Friends who live there. (Nice Place!)

Nice place, however, not in a good area. We had a vehicle stolen as well as a bike several days later. Best of luck to anyone in the area.

The place is great to stay in but the management ruins it the first 7 months of living here never answered the phone and we’re never in the office. They’ll have problems on their end that they don’t know about until you ask them what’s going on, it’s like they don’t even notice if somethings going wrong

Update: I regret moving in here. They charged me over $3000 that was sent to a debt collector less than a month of moving out and refused to tell me what the charges were for, even on the bills sent to the debt collectors it was under “other. ” After talking with a lawyer and being told there was nothing I could do but pay it I couldn’t find a place to live for over a year bc they ruined my credit score and tenant report

The office staff was friendly, helpful when/if needed. However, the location of this complex is not in a good area. On several ocassions, there were people banging on the patio door and jiggling the door handle in the middle of the night. My vehicle was stolen here as well. Thankfully I was able to recover it, but was damaged severely when found. There was an older maintenance man, he drove a red tuck, and a silver truck. He creeped me out, always parked and watching the building or hanging out under a carport smoking. Something seemed off with him. The interior of the apartments really need upgraded with better appliances. Everything is outdated. Lawn care always came super early, this affects people who work over nights. Walls were thin, always heard neighbors arguing. I think with this complex would be okay to reside at if, the entire thing was fenced or gated requiring an access card or code to enter. Would definitely help keep out unwanted people who have no business there. Someone died in one of the apartments, several seen the funeral home picking up the body.
