Stella Primary Care - Central Ohio Primary Care

I had an appointment prior to the holidays and my medication was sent to a pharmacy that does not have the medication. I’ve called the refill request line and I’ve requested this medication refill on my chart hoping one of the medical PAs would be able to help me get my medication filled as it’s a controlled substance. I'm disappointed because it’s been no one has responded or helped me with my request. That may be because of the holidays but I’ve given the team a lot of grace and this has been truly disappointing. Now I have to wait until 2024 because the office is closed

I have been seeing Dr. Brackin for over 20 years. She is a kind, caring, and intelligent doctor! She goes above and beyond for her patients.

I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Marc Serve. His expertise, compassion, and attentiveness stood out throughout my visits. He took the time to thoroughly explain medical information, addressing my concerns with patience. The level of professionalism and genuine care demonstrated by the doctor and their staff has made them my trusted healthcare provider. I highly recommend.

Nobody ever answers the phone. You walk in and they have nobody at the front desk. At least the doctors themselves are helpful. But either very short staffed or need to be more diligent.

They said everything would be fixed after they switched to MyChart. It’s just as bad. 0 communication.

This establishment is a joke and an insult to the medical practices. After being a patient for over 8 years, I am no longer going here. Throughout the whole time I’ve only missed 1 appointment so far, and have been very understanding to all the shortcomings this place had. But, the doctors and staffs do not care about your well-being and some are blatantly rude. If you have an issue, do not ask them information on who to express grievances to because the doctor will dismiss you for that. They will not work with your insurance company to get paperwork done for prior auth, and they will never answer your calls or honor your scheduled appointment. Some of the practices they have here almost seems illegal, hence I am getting legal advise on my situation.
Also, did not get a call back from COPC patient relations, it seems that there are generic response to the other bad reviews below. Wondering if they are just limited to those automated response to the bad reviews.

Dr Marc Serve D is one of the greats doctor I ever met! He will cure any kind of health issues.

Dr. Brackin and team are very warm and make me feel very comfortable. In my experience, I’m treated like a close friend or member of their family. Everyone is polite and professional. I hardly feel like I wait to be seen versus other practices I’ve been to. Dr. Brackin is very thorough and follows up very quickly. I’m able to get all my testing done in office or at a COPC facility close by. I highly recommend Dr. Brackin and the Stella Primary Care team.

I called to tried to be a new patient. I left a voicemail and it was never returned. I've heard of similar experiences from others. Would definitely recommend a different office for Primary Care if this isn't remediated.

Voicemail system declares voicemails will be returned same day if before 4PM. I called before 10AM.

Overall I've had a good experience here but trying to reach someone on the phone leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst experience ever. Was on leave from work and needed them to send me to therapist. It took them ages and by then i was let go. I lost my health insurance with my job. Got into accident shortly after and wait list everywhere else was months out for new patient so I tried getting seen by them. The lady on the phone tells me she doesn’t know how much it will be but she needs 100 deposit which isn’t the issue but it’s amazing that they wants us to blindly walk in so they can charge us whatever they want. Taking advantage of helpless patients all to make extra few bucks.
Because of their laziness I lost my job and health insurance.

They are great at billing insurance but horrible at actually doing anything

I found this doctor's office via my work's portal because it is difficult finding a doctor. I was seen first by Dr. Mark Serve for a yearly check up and we discussed my migraines and he said he would send a prescription to my pharmacy. He never did and after 2 weeks I followed up through the dr office online portal asking for the prescription. They took several days to answer my request and then finally sent in my prescription 3 weeks after my appt. I had suffered a migraine in that time and would he had sent in the prescription like he said he would, I would have had relief. If you try to call the office, no one answers the phone and they say because of staffing they can't take calls and to send requests via their online portal. I am not happy with this office. They don't communicate and don't follow through with what they say they are going to do. I will be writing another review for my second appt at this dr office. EDIT: I can only write one review so I am adding more here. I had a pap scheduled because Dr. Serve doesn't do paps so I was scheduled with Emma but on the day of my appt, she was not available so I was seen by Maria. I am now 18 days post my pap and no one has followed up about my results; I sent an email message 2 days ago through their portal, because no one answers their phones, and someone did follow up today with a phone call and the caller ID said, "UNKNOWN CALLER, " so I didn't answer. Why would they not have a caller ID number? This is now a person can screen scam callers. There was a voice mail left from a lady from the dr office explaining that Maria, who gave me a pap is in the hospital and so no one has done anything with my pap. She is going to find someone else to review results and will get back with me but couldn't tell me when that would be done. I am unhappy with this dr office, I will not be returning. They are terrible.

Dr. Marc Serve was able to see me promptly for my medical concerns and provided me options to pursue further medical evaluations as deemed necessary and appropriate. I have seen Dr. Serve and been to Stella Primary Care several times and have never been disappointed with their customer service or staff. I would recommend both Stella Primary Care and Dr. Marc Serve for all of your medical needs.

Look Elsewhere! Very difficult getting appointments because staffing is always an issue and they don't answer phones, VM messages will takes 3 days for follow up.

Recently seen for re-occurring back pain from a past Spine Lumbosacral surgery, (one rod and 4 screws in my back) was never physically examined by Dr at the appointment, but was written one week of prescriptions.

Then they unempathetically refused any follow up appointment. The Dr's don't care about your your physical pain that you be having. This practice doesn't care about your financial well being and will recommend other Dr's or avenues that aren't financially responsible for yourself and family.

Absolutely, the most uncaring, unsupportive doctors I have encountered in my 48years. I am looking for new Dr who wants to treat you, take care of you and most importantly one you can build mutual trust. I need a Dr that isn't t afraid to give a physical examination while in severe pain to try to locate what's going on. Then prescribe what help is needed to resolve.

This practice may be fine for a common cold but I wouldn't expect more help then you can get from your local pharmacy. Good Luck!

0 stars would be more appropriate for this office staff. I had to call 3 times to request an appt.each time with an office staff member promising to contact me back. That never happened. If I hadn't call back myself each time, I would be waiting forever for an office staff member to contact me back. Each time I was asked the same questions and the person I spoke with said there was no record of me ever calling.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I'm new to Ohio and needed to find all new doctors. I thought this place was a good option until I received a $100 bill in the mail for a physical that is covered under my insurance. Doctor Collamore and this practice is out for financial gain. I ONLY requested a physical. I was charged for establishing care and having existing conditions I needed to be seen for. Which was NOT the case. I only needed a regular check up. I only told her the issues I do have she can't help me with and I've been seeing a specialist for. She ordered test that weren't medically necessary. I made calls to the office to have the bill revised and was told they will not be revising the bill and threatened to discharge me and put this amount I owe on my credit. I am completely disgusted with this practice and I will never be back and will write reviews about this practice where ever I can to spread awareness of their fraudulent practices.

Very bad experience. I did labs 2 weeks back. No one has called me with results. I have been trying to discuss lab results but no one picks up the phone and it goes to voice mail stating they are short of staff. Left voice mails and left note on portal too.

I visited doctor due to some concerns. However, they is no response from doctor and now i have to look for another doctor for appointment.
