Jason is a GREAT salesman! He help me put together the best audio option I was looking for to put in my truck. He answered all my questions. They had me in and out in about two hours. The techs are very professional and fast. I am very happy with there work and the products I received. The price was also half of what the other shop's were quoting me.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Just had my personal sub install checked over in the parking lot by the friendliest clerk named Jason. He got me fixed and learned up right there with expert advice. I will go nowhere else for stereo work.

This company Installed the automatic starter on my lincolnmkz in 2019 no complaints in 2023 very Professional staff will be back soon good job guys.

Really friendly staff, cant say enough good things about these guys. They helped me out of a jam I got myself in when installing a new radio. Squeezed me in on a busy Saturday and got me taken care of. There are multiple car audio installation businesses who are closer to me, but I will drive out of my way to give Stereo In Dash in Miamisburg my business in the future. Highly recommend them.

Exceptional customer service and honest, helpful people! I highly recommend Stereo & Dash! My remote start was not working properly. I thought it was the key fob battery. I had the battery replaced but it didn't fix the problem. The battery salesman told me the remote start might just need reprogrammed. So, I took my car to Ziebart, but they would not help me because they had no record that Ziebart had installed my remote start. I even offered to pay Ziebart for them to troubleshoot it but that was not an option. The only options Ziebart offered me was to take it out and/or remove the old one and install a new one. My mechanic recommended I reach out to Stereo and Dash. I called Stereo and Dash and spoke to Todd. He said he would try to help me although he may not be familiar with the brand of my remote start as it is not one Stereo and Dash sells. He said to stop in and he would take a look. He spent twenty minutes trying to troubleshoot my problem on the spot. Then we decided to schedule a service appointment and if they could not fix my remote start, they would remove it and install a new one. I signed a service order and agreed to pay for an hour of labor to research the issue. Jason called and said they found the problem and it was the key fob batteries. The ones I had installed and replaced were registering as good but were not engaging the remote start. After Stereo & Dash replaced three batteries, the problem was fixed! They charged me $11.58 for three batteries and that was it! I offered to pay for their time per the work order and they said, "No, we wouldn't feel right about charging you because it was just the batteries. " It was not just the batteries to me. It was their kindness, their genuine concern, and their willingness to help! My loyalty will be with Stereo and Dash from here on out! I didn't even know they replace key fob batteries and at a fraction of the price I paid for ones that didn't even work! Thank you so much Todd, Jason and the whole Stereo & Dash team! You took a very frustrating situation for me and made it a positive one! I will be a customer for life! It is nice to know that there are still good reputable companies with honest hard working people! I cannot thank you all enough! Thank you! Thank you!

They did a great job making my car sound great! Thanks for the beats and I'll most likely be back again soon to add some more! You can never have too much bass in my opinion!

Great Installing! Everything works and holds up over time. The customer service is an area that could be improved.

Walked in with no idea what I was doing and a broken wire connection going to my door speaker. Jason I believe was his name. Showed me what I had to do on one side so I could do the other speaker. Bought a new pair and it sounds better than factory!

Very professional. They did a great job installing a CarPlay supported head unit in my 07 Pilot, and kept me in the loop during the installation process. Will definitely use their services on future jobs.

This business has been around for a long time and has obviously proven itself in giving of value for the service they provide. Are they the cheapest? No! But you will not get a bad value you’ll get good materials and a good installation and that’s what really counts when it comes to something that you’re gonna be using for years every single day that you’re on the road.

Got a radio installed in my SUV, works perfectly. It's exactly what I wanted. When I went into the store I told the salesperson I wanted something basic and bluetooth. He walked over to the display/demo wall of radios and pointed to the exact radio I described. He didn't try and up sell something more expensive. He was by the books and straight to the point. They did an excellent job installing it. Made no mess, they even vacuumed out my vehicle. Very happy customer, would highly recommend this place to anyone needing audio services to their vehicle.

A+ took our porsche to have a new radio installed. Very professional kept me posted and updated me thru out the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Jason even set my phone up with radio went over everythg. I was very pleased with our bill.very reasonable. If you want the best and don't want to pay an arm and leg. Go see them.

The guys at Stereo-in-Dash were awesome! I had a remote start system installed in my wife’s car. After asking a few questions that I hadn’t considered, he suggested a system that was best for her car. It was priced right as well. I will be returning for a backup camera for my truck. I definitely recommend Stereo-in-Dash!
