We are a local business, that uses Stericycle for shredding papers.great customer service.

Not worth working for! Not professional at all.also most of the people are ridiculous and rude! And also when taxes come around they won't send you your physical W-2 had to report them to the IRS! Was there for a year and couldn't handle this company anymore.not worth working for!

Stericycle was my medical hazardous waste removal company for decades. When I closed my practice several months ago, they connected me with the department that does pickup to arrange final pickup. They suggested my regular scheduled pickup date. Since my building was vacated, and I would have to make a special trip to meet them, they gave me a three hour window when they would arrive. I waited the full three hours, and then called them to find out where they were. The customer service rep said that they were going to come in a window three hours later than the previous window ended, thus leaving me there at a vacant building for up to 9 hours. I had to ASK for a new date a week later. It was not offered, in fact, the rep made it sound like she was doing me a favor by NOT BILLING ME FOR TODAY. Billed for what? Not showing up? No apologies, just lots of excuses. I can imagine a patient's reaction if I was not only three hours late for their scheduled appointment, and then didn't even contact them to tell them I wasn't going to show up. I asked was there going to be any adjustment in my final bill for them making me wait three hours, and then not even showing up. No response. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Before you consider using them, remember, this is how a customer is treated after DECADES of business.
