Sterling Lakes has been our home for a couple of years. During our time here, we have found the property to be safe, quiet and family centered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Additionally, I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful.

Moved in here February 23. Couldn't ask for a better apartment complex. Office and maintenance staff are very helpful and take their work very seriously. I've had to speak to them on many occasions for various issues not really relating to the property but something else. The appliances and the build quality of the units are excellent and everything is built solidly. The garage I added on is also very nice and can fit a large and wide car.

Obviously, price is high for a small apartment, but I think it is priced accordingly for the quality of the unit and the area. I value the location because I don't drive more than a minute to get to the area I work or the gym, and this is very important as time and money is saved in commuting. Avoiding unnecessary frustration is a good thing. Amenities are also excellent and there are many nice restaurants and shops around.

The company that owns the complex is family owned, so they care about their properties and are not some mega corporation or REIT that could care less. Also not a slumlord. There is high demand for the complex.

I don't like the new speed bumps but whatever makes people happy I guess. I'll just keep frustrating people by taking 30 seconds to drive over them.

Nice apartments great amenities. I love the kitchen and any time I need to contact maintenance it gets done in a day they're timely and do a good job. Really happy with the complex as a whole. Star removed due to the new speed bumps, complete stop needed to take them without damage to a cars suspension and speeding wasn't an issue before they were installed.

The quality of the homes & the staff is truly amazing. Isabel showed my girlfriend and I around the community and we are so excited to be apart of the community. Isabel was so kind and she went over everything we felt we needed to know in order to join the priority waitlist.

We are currently on the waiting list. If our experience with Isabel is any indication of the personnel and service, we can’t wait to be part of this community! Isabel was so kind and patient as we went through the process. And, she was also extremely knowledgeable, and answered every question.

We have been here since October and it is one of the worse choices we have made. It’s a very expensive complex and thought we were getting into a safe area with nice people and great management.well we were wrong. For starters there are several kids running around and people drive so fast and do not stop.we have almost been hit twice now just walking. People do not stop at stop signs coming out of the individual streets.

Neighbors are rude and do not care what so ever. Someone hit my car and didn’t leave a note and I know it was at the complex because my car sits because I work from home.

Management will say one thing but tell you another just to get you to move in.made this place sound like a dream like they care when they don’t. We want out of of our lease and can’t get out with a huge fee.even though apparently they have a “waiting list”

Only good thing I can say is the maintence staff cares and they are the only good thing about this place.

For the prices of these apartments they are not worth it.you can find something much bigger, nicer neighborhood and better management for the price you pay. Also walls are paper thin you hear everything. People slam doors and it shakes your entire apartment. Anyone have pets and it’s like you own them too.

Would never choose sterling lakes mason if i could go back

I stayed with a friend for a couple of days in this community and I was SOOOO surprised with how beautiful and gorgeous this place is. It is also very peaceful and relaxing. I've been thinking about looking for a new place to live after I sell my house and I think this may just be the place. I also had the privilege to meet the staff in the front office one day and spoke with Jason. He was so nice and helpful when I had questions about joining the waitlist.
