Sterling Place Apartments, Columbus OH

Hey man i woke up this morning thinking it was another day. But when i went to the restroom the pipe burst! Oh man it was flooded ankle high water. My man Joe! He came in there got his shoes wet and got down to business and was able to turn off tge spraying water. The man came back and was devoted to fixing my toilet and the pipe! Glad i can rely on maintenance to getting the job done. You rock joe

I recently have been having issues with my washing machine. Aeon has been great and worked hard to diagnose the problem and then fix it. Very happy with how much effort he put in and how quickly he got it handled.

Came home from work to a freezing apartment due to my hot water tank having some issues. I called the emergency maintenance line and Aeon came within 20 minutes on a Saturday night at 9pm and fixed the issue in less than an hour! Very grateful and now thanks to Aeon warm! Can’t thank him enough.

Joe was great and worked fast. He finished my door in 5 mins and even put on a door handle! 10/10 recommend!

This place is a nightmare of hidden fees and bad communication. 3 bedroom apartment for 1700, right? Well it's 1900+ actually, and slap on about 350 dollars in either outdoor care feels or internet/ cable they force you to get as well, so now we're at about 2300 a month. Layer that with the mold under the tiles, the paint splattered over the unit from the usual landlord special, antique windows that mostly don't open/ leaky as hell so expect a nice high heating bill, and grime and trash left from the previous residents. Walls are thin, floors are thin, my wallet's thin from having to pay 6K to leave this place. Stay away, infinitely better places around the area to rent from.

Joe and Aoen were amazing! Had two requests fixed super easily, and they were informative and friendly.

Terrible place ever! Stealing car and strangers people parking cars and nowhere security camera. Not secure

I'm a current resident who just signed up for a third year. Very peaceful community with natural beauty and well-maintained community spaces, such as the gym. Staff has been responsive to issues, especially Paige and Emily. It's quiet at night and the location is superb, with access to at least four groceries. And maintenance staff has been outstanding, with an incredibly fast response time. Props to Aaron and Brian and Joe.

Great responsive service. Misunderstanding to what was needed, but that was my fault. When it was clear the patio storage door lock was fixed within minutes. Fantastic. I think it was Joe, if not whoever did it was awesome

Wish I could give ten stars for Arin and the rest of the service team. The team has always been super friendly and helpful. Arin has always been more than willing to assist with even the smallest maintenance issues in my apartment, and he recently even helped me outside of his working hours to deal with an emergency issue. I’m incredibly happy that he’s part of the service team here at Sterling Place, and I couldn’t be more thankful for his help!

Aeon was great! He took time to explain what was happening, knew what he was doing, and made sure the job was done right! I hope to have him fix any future jobs!

Aeon was very knowledge and personable as he was very persistent to figure out the issue and make sure he could do everything in his power to fix it. We appreciate his expertise and willingness to solve the issue at hand.

Paige was super sweet and greeted me the second I walked in and automatically made me feel welcomed. She was very thorough and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this leasing agent hands down.
