I had been having a difficult time finding insurance because of my situation, living in a different state than the assets, and needed insurance quickly. As soon as I called Steve Rider State Farm and spoke with Matt my worries were over. I'm very thankful this agency was recommended to me.

I LIKE MOST PEOPLE SHOP FOR MY INSURANCE WHEN THE PRICE IS RAISED BY MY CURRENT COMPANY. I WAS LOOKING ONLINE AND SOMEHOW GOT HOOKED UP WITH THIS COMPANY. I ENDED UP WITH 5 DIFFERENT QUOTES WITHOUT MAKING ANY SUBSTANCIAL CHANGES ON MY END. MAKES YOU WONDER HOW THATS POSSIBLE WITH EACH ONE INCREASING IN PRICE, UNTIL THE PRICE WAS AS MUCH AS WHAT I WAS PAYING ALREADY.i TOLD MATT FROM THE START I DID NOT WANT TO START THE POLICY UNTIL 2-2-2024 EVERYTIME I TALKED TO HIM I TOLD HIM. SO INITIALLY HE DEBITED A PAYMENT BUT I STILL THOUGHT THE POLICY WOULD NOT START UNTIL THE 1ST BECAUSE I STILL HAD MY OTHER POLICY UNTIL THE 2ND. SO THEN I NOTICED THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG FIRST THING MATT SAID WAS IT COULD CHANGE THE PRICE AND IT WENT UP 35$ SO I DECIDED I WOULD GO AHEAD AND DO IT. BUT I ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD BE 35$ MORE AND I DIDNT FIND OUT UNTIL I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT I WAS DEBITED 288.09 WHICH WAS THE NEW MONTHLY RATE FOR WHICH MATT NEVER MENTIONED BECAUSE HE KNEW I WOULDNT DO IT! THEN I STARTED THINKING MAYBE I DONT WANT MY INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY AFTER ALL SO I CALLED UP AND CANCELLED MY POLICY WHICH I AM ALLOWED TO DO WITHIN 14 DAYS BY STATE LAW WITH NO PENALTY OR PAYMENT! THEN MEGAN TEXT ME ON 12-22-23 AND SAID SHE HAD GOTTEN MY TEXT AND HAD CANCELLED THE POLICY. I HAVE BEEN DEBTIED 540.21 AT CHRISTMAS TIME. NOW TODAY I CHATTED WITH RAMON ON THE STATE FARM WEBSITE AND HE INFORMED ME THAT THE POLICY THAT I CANCELLED ON THE 22ND WONT CANCELL INTIL THE 1STWHICH MEANS IT WILL BE THAT MUCH LONGER UNTIL I GET MY MONEY. SO I AM LEAVING ALL THIS INFO SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE FOREWARNED!
