Josh came to my apartment today to fix my dishwasher, wasn’t able to get it fixed because it has a deeper problem but he was very informative, respectful and contacted his boss to let her know what he thinks the problem was and got her to schedule an appointment for it to get fixed! Overall very good customer service and left with a big smile on his face!

Being old I am use to getting ok it is done by. Toby asked if I had any questions explained the furnace to me filter and all. Not to often we get that kind of service anymore. Merle, Meredith, and the rest of the team at Stewardship do a phenomenal job. We started using them as our property management company about 5 months ago, and we are extremely pleased with the experience so far.
Everyone there is extremely communicative and accessible. Also, they do their best to limit costs associated with repairs/ maintenance whenever possible. It truly feels as if they treat your property how they would treat their own property. Highly recommended!

I rent from this company and have been pleased and not pleased but I understand it's so hard to find good help these days. I am in the health care field so trust me I understand.recently my landlord purchased a refrigerator on October 6,2023 and we were very great full for this nice purchase bit long story short we went to buy groceries about a week a two later only to find our that our milk went bad so we check expiration not expired.so we turned up our refrigerator. I cook meals in advance cause I work a lot.needless to say we lost 200.00 of food and neither the
Landlord say they are responsible and now I have to take off work loose more
money for them to come repair this refrigerator. I want to first apologize to Stewardship Properties for involving you in my issue with P&E appliance.truly from the bottom of my heart I apologize I was angry and frustrated.
