Bought a car.it had been damaged and repaired terribly.they used pop rivets and self tapers to put the bumper on.inner fender well had flat plastic riveted on.it had road on the tire and was part way tore up.then the tie rod end was so bad I'm lucky I made it home.oh right no spare either! BE CAREFUL buying here. >> and I am sure I bought it here.but nice try:) Picture shown where I bought it - matching the description too.

I went here to test drive a 2012 Toyota Corolla in April but William told me without full coverage insurance I couldn't drive it myself. I was leery about dealing with them because of this, but he took me for a ride in the car to show how it handled and sounded. I came back on April 26th and purchased the car but I was still nervous because of all the reviews I had seen for this car lot and all the other car lots I had looked at. I knew I should take them with a grain of salt, so I did. I went there with my mother-in-law and paid cash. During the purchase, I was told the check engine light was on because it was missing the gas cap. I had errands to run and discovered that it was not missing the gas cap. I was upset because I didn't check to see if it was missing before I left the lot. I also didn't take the car to have a diagnostic ran on it immediately so I had no idea why the check engine light was really on. I have to say though, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I just got my title today, and last week I got a tune up and had a diagnostic. Turns out it only needs an O2 sensor. I think I would return here and purchase again but I would definitely check the car more thoroughly. That's not on the manager of the lot though. I don't think William lied, but I can see how he may have gotten it confused with a different vehicle. Any way it goes, as long as you know what to look for and inspect the car before purchasing and keep everything aboveboard on your part, this is a decent place to buy from.

Great staff and good selection of cars. I was able to get what I need fast and with a great price. They really took the headache out of car buying. Very respectful and knowledgeable staff. I will bring my business back here again.

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes Benz GL450 on 7/22/2020. I put $5K down and paid the balance off on 8/16/2020. Within two weeks of having the truck the air compressor went out. I expressed my dissatisfaction with William (the salesman) and he proceeded to tell me it was my fault it went out because I was driving it.

After paying the balance off William advised that he would go the next morning (8/17/2020) to get the title and mail it to my address. I told him I would come and pick up the title the next morning. He insisted on mailing it. I made an appointment the next day to get a copy of the title since the tags were expired. The title agency advised there was still a lien on the title. I immediately called William and questioned why was there was a lien on a truck that I paid for in full. He said he needed the owner to send the release of lien and mail the title. That was on 8/17/2020 and to date I still have yet to receive the title in the mail.

I just left the title agency to get a duplicate title that cost me $17 and time away from work.

Unprofessional.

Went to check out and drive a vehicle that was described as 'in good condition, ready to go! ' Vehicle had numerous warning lights on the dashboard and Check Engine Light on. Scanning engine codes revealed potentially expensive problems. Main window switch was not functioning properly either. Either the dealership didn't take the time to check the vehicle beforehand or they were OK with misrepresenting the vehicle's condition. Disappointing and I'd hate to think if someone else were to check out the vehicle and didn't have an OBD scanner, they might not be made aware of the issues.

Everyone on the staff is dishonest. I was lied to about the condition of my vehicle multiple times by the salesman Will and by the “owner” Omar. Terrible customer service and shady dealings. I was sold on a $3000 warranty that i cant use so that they could get a bigger commission. I should’ve gone with my gut feeling and walked out of that place as soon as the first lie was told by Will. That guy had no idea what he was talking about and the “owner” Omar had to help him with his lies. Stay away from this shady place and don't make the same mistake i did.

Absolutely amazing customer service, Will helped us out in every way he could. I needed a good deal and i got one! The car was in perfect condition just like he explained to me over the phone. Most times, a car sales guy just wants to lie and get rid of the car. He was honest about every dent and scratch which made the purchase much easier. Super simple, Easy and fast! Highly recommend buying from them!

Found an amazing deal on a 2009 Cadillac STS. Car runs amazing but had an issue with the driver side door not opening. Electronic issue in the actuator. Will found out about it and notified me before I bought the car, later sent the part to help with repairs. I can now successfully open my door and had a pleasant experience at Steiner
