I had a fantastic experience buying my motorcycle with Stinger Harley Davidson. The Sales, parts, and motor clothes departments are top notch!

Took my bike here to get tires replaced and the service was phenomenal, they worked with my schedule, my total was cheaper than originally quoted, Clyde was great to work with and very friendly, answered any and all questions I had and was prompt with calling me to update me on anything they came across while performing service.would highly recommend anyone to take there bike rhere for service

Thanks to manager Nikki for her assistance with helping me get a new key fob battery installed for my 2021 Heritage Classic 114. I happened to pass by the Stinger dealership in Medina, OH on my way home to Colorado Springs. Nikki took time out of her day to walk me back to the service department and get me squared away so I could get back on the road. I appreciate her helpful and friendly attitude. Thumbs up to Nikki and the folks at Stinger H-D!

Picked up some footboards for a 2019 heritage and found out I still needed more parts to install

I walked into Stinger about 5 weeks ago to just "look" at their inventory, a gentleman by the name of Jesse approached me and was very helpful with any questions I had, especially when I decided to play a little joke on him. Anyway I ended up making my first HD purchase and the staff here made it a breeze. Will definitely be returning

Cautionary warning - inspect your bike before service and/or winter storage. Have plenty of photographic evidence of the condition before bringing it in.
You may not get your bike back in the condition you left it in.

Went for some parts was happy they were open on Sunday. Parts guy was very nice and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Stopped in while on a road trip. They had road test this day. I spent my imaginary money account while looking around. Had a good selection of bikes.

I went in with my wife, and Jesse took the time to answer all my questions about a used motorcycle I was interested in (no appointment either). He helped us get a great deal on it so we ended up buying it. Then, we were introduced to people at the other various departments at the store. Everyone was so friendly. We could tell people really enjoyed working there. There was no bullying sales people, or snobby finance people either. Just a great Harley atmosphere! Stop out, you'll be happy you did! I came into Stinger Harley to sell my cousin's 2017 Breakout CVO from his estate. I was greeted by the receptionist. I was then met by Dave a salesman who was very sympathetic to the death of my cousin who was a regular customer. He directed me to a sales manager, Dave Broomfield who also expressed his condolences. He was so considerate and worked with me to make sure I was well taken care of. I felt so at ease like a member of their family. Dave quickly took pictures of the bike and within minutes came back with a very acceptable price that we were both comfortable with. He then went out of his way to drive me back to my cousin's house. The money for the bike was transferred to my account the next day. Dave was always in contact with me to make sure everything worked out. I was extremely happy with my experience at Stinger Harley. The owners can be very proud of the superb employees they have. I will definitely be doing all my business in the future with Stinger Harley and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I will not spend another dime at this dealer. They forged my signature so when I got my payment book the payment was $20.00 per month more then we agreed. They send us home with the wrong motorcycle once and we drove it for a month before they realized that the vin number they sent us home with is not what they put on the paperwork. Also it took so long to get a payment book and title work that we were two months behind on payments when we got the book. Thankfully the bank understood and did not charge us late fees. Also we had to get two additional 45 day tags while waiting for the paper work. This dealership is a hot mess.

Stinger HD always takes care of me and my sons bike we put them in winter storage and they come out ready to ride for the year
