Scheduled my appointment 8 months in advance and really needed to go to this appointment just for them to contact me a week before and cancel due to them being short staffed. I called to see when they would reschedule me and no answers at all! Terrible service.

The staff isn't the friendliest. By far not the best bentust I've ever been to. I feel like I got charged for things they didn't do. The dentist needs to work on his personality with the patience. He comes across kind of rude.

Stone Creek Dental is no less than "AMAZING" I have had a phobia of the dentist for most of my life I had a procedure done today and honestly I would go back and have it done again Dr. Binkis was amazing I didn't even feel the BIG DADDY NEEDLE AT and the staff were kind and courteous as always you can see on a person's face to see how much they like their job and Everyone at Stone Creek Dental have that look I would recommend them to everyone I know

This is the best place for completecare. All the staff are very good at what they do. If your in pain their main concern is making sure you get the care you need and are comfortable.

Staff and Dentist are attentive, thorough and knowledgeable. I received a treatment plan in which the doctor was sure to take in account prior medical conditions, and made sure that I understood the what and whys of my plan. I love it, a very good experience all around.

This place charged me out of pocket for a procedure before billing my insurance, and it then took me multiple calls to them before they got it figured out with my insurance, but 5 months later, I'm still waiting on a refund of $500. And when I do call to try to ask about what is going on, no one ever answers the phone in the billing department. I was also told 3 different times after I was able to talk to someone that they would give me a call back only for me to have to call again because that call back never happened. I think they are hoping I will give up at some point so they can keep my money. Don't waste your time or money here.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. My family has received excellent care here. They have dealt with any financial issues with compassion and understanding. Also they accept CareCredit which is very helpful for managing expenses.

I was going to Cincinnati dental services for years before they ran short on technicians and had to rebrand under the name of stonecreek. My last appointment with cincinnati dental was cancelled due to the above circumstances and in turn I was rescheduled with stonecreek about 6 months out.ok fine.until they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I brushed it off as it was under new management and rescheduled again for today July 5th. The address changed in the time between those two appointments which has been a year now. I call and ask if the address is correct before I drive all the way there just to be told my appointment was cancelled a month prior and I was never notified. If you need a dentist do yourself a favor and skip over this place. They are horribly managed.

Would give this place a zero if I could. They have taken money from my sister on multiple occasions, tried to double charge her for 2 different appointments. That got her audited by the IRS because she was paying with HSA. Then they have proceeded to cancel her appointment multiple times after she confirmed appointments. They said it has something to do with the dentist.in my opinion the dentist shouldn’t be calling off every other week. They then said they could not squeeze her in that she would have to wait months again. After they canceled because the dentist. Now she has picked up her partial and it doesn’t even fit right. They were blaming her mouth for why it didn’t fit right. I’m pretty sure they took measurements and a mold so if it’s off they should have to fix it. But they just brushed her off because she finally demanded to be seen after rescheduling for 2/3 months. I would not recommend this place at all. Just a bunch of professional con people.

It was my son's first dentist visit and he was so nervous. I was impressed with the professionalism. They treated my son very well and made him feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them to anybody I wish I could give them more than 5 stars thankyou so much again for the wonderful experience.

Scheduled my new patient appointment for July back in January, now it's being canceled and the "absolute earliest" is a February appointment. Didn't realize general healthcare appointments needed to be scheduled over a year in advance. If you can't take new patients in any earlier than that you should stop accepting new patient requests.
