Stonecreek Dental Care, Pickerington OH

I will never come back. I needed a crown. Showed up for the inspection and paid as expected. I came back a 2nd time to get the procedure and paid again as expected. I came back a 3rd time to get my permanent crown and was told insurance didn't cover all of it and had to pay AGAIN. Came back a 4th time because the first crown didn't fit and was told everything is good to go. 3.5 months later I get ANOTHER bill for $312 that needs to be paid in less than a week because insurance didn't pay again? !? I was told the 4th time I showed up that everything was good why did it take over 3 months to tell me I have less than a week to pay $312? Never again

Today, January 08,2033 I visited with confidence to get one of my teeth pulled out. The staff explained to me the fee and I agreed upon. But once they took the x-ray and examination they brought my the the bill (before pulling my tooth out) which was over $400 and I really got shocked. They never explained the total cost. This is a tricky way to gouge money from the customers. Shame on their way to conduct business. In reality they could explain to me the break down of total cost. But OH WELL. I will never go to this place again.
ONE MORE TIME. SHAME SHAME.

I just got my checkup and cleaning today but my dental hygienist is one of the nicest young ladies I have ever dealt with please let her know that I am very pleased with her she is very kind and caring and really cares about her patients thank you again ANNA your the best.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and they’ve always been wonderful. I’m never nervous when they’re cleaning my teeth or removing cavities. They’re very professional and I’d never go anywhere else.

I have had many bad experiences with dentists in my lifetime and therefore dread dental visits. However, Dr. Mooney and his staff have alleviated my fears. I got in quickly for a broken molar and fully expected I was headed down the path for a crown. After exam and X-rays, Dr. Mooney was confident the tooth could be restored with a filling. I was on my way in an hour and couldn’t be more pleased that a conservative approach was used and it was taken care of so quickly. Highly recommend this dental group.

Friendly and helpful staff and wonderful hygienists! The dentists are also great and Dr Patel is wonderful with my young children!

Will definitely recommend this dentist office. Very pleasant, understand of the "dental anxiety", prompt, clean & kind. Cara was super comforting and Dr Mooney was as well. Going to schedule a little bit of work that needs done and feeling confident that they will make that visit just as smooth. Two thumbs up!

They extracted one of my wisdom teeth that had broken off. They did it quick with no pain. They were able to get me in the same day I called to ask about it.

I love Stonecreek Dental! We have been a part of the family since about 2012. Haven't had any issues! The staff are all friendly. We have also used them for Orthodontics. Such a great practice!

My hygienist (Ashton) is leaving. I wish she could stay here, but she said she has to drive a long way. She is the BEST! None of my hygiene visits from before are quite like hers. She educated me on reversible and non reversible gum disease. She treated my gingivitis last time and yesterday, I looked great. Not to mention, she is full of laughter. I would follow her if she didn’t live so far away. Can’t say enough good about her.

I have been seeing Dr. Meer at Stonecreek Pickerington for the past few years and he is great! He has a good sense of humor and is awesome about explaining what is going to happen and being gentle. I had a tooth extracted today, both he and Taryn the assistant were great. I’m glad I found a dentist I am comfortable with and takes my insurance!
