Love the owner working there I'm gonna miss her when I take my stuff out but I will be back

I should have never moved my items into this facility! On move in day there were dead mice laying in front of my unit and the office manager told me and my fiancée this is normal for this area. The office seems to never be open during normal business hours making it extremely difficult to come in to make payment because you have no idea when the office it open. I am moving my items out ASAP! I have called several times and was told we will be open until 5 but when I arrive the office is closed.
