My roommate and I went a few times to look over different sized storage units to see what best fit our respective needs and the manager Ryan Roche was very helpful and courteous and answered all of our questions respectfully. We chose the one we wanted. This is our second time renting a stge unit with Storage Inns of America (previously with Marvin at the Miamisburg location.) and I can't reiterate enough how helpful they've always been. I highly recommend them to anyone needing s storage unit. They are climate controlled which means a lot to us.
Fantastic units and fantastic service. Ryan has always been available for any questions I may have had and has made every aspect of renting from Storage Inns a pleasure!

Wonderful customer service. Yet we ran out of room and needed another unit and the gentleman stayed over to accommodate us.
Hands down worst storage place I've ever used. I was 3 weeks late on a payment (due to having COVID and not working) once i paid it up I'm still locked out. It's always something and constantly a run around
