I’ve used this location for two separate moves. Outstanding customer service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

3 months now I was told check is in the mail.
Was told there had been a mix up early last week. They have owed me 2165 for 3 months now!
Got another the check is in the mail. Guess what!? ! NO CHECK AGAIN.

If it was possible to leave a no star review I would.
I have been given the run around for 3 months with the check is in the mail.
They owe me a security deposit refund and have been telling me the check is in the mail absolutely. Clearly it isn't.
Will say the manager there, Justin is brilliant, however sadly the company will take your money and not give it back.
To be clear there is no dispute over my security deposit. They admit they owe it. They just won't pay.
Disgraceful.

Quick and easy to arrange over the phone. Facility is nice. Helpful folks answering the phones.

The service was great. The young man on site took good care of me He showed me the unit and he explained and answered all my questions. I told some of my coworkers who are looking for storage space to rent.

I like storage rentals of america, but I don't like that the price goes up every year, almost to the point where you cannot afford to keep your stuff in their units.

Have had storage for more years than should have! Moved out of state and circumstances have prevented getting back to storage location. My costs have gone from less than $100 to now well over $200 monthly. Recommend to always plan for short term! I have had no problems with location and am anxious to get back to check on my items to ensure still intact. Is not a temp controlled unit so careful thought should be given to how long you store things given the extreme weather changes

Very impressed with both staff on site as well as actual storage unit rented. I needed a place to store an old car for winter. They had the right sized unit at a fair price. Facility is clean and well managed.

Very good and professional environment. The manager Justin Always greets me at the front desk with respect and appreciation.
Highly recommend doing business with this company.

The staff has always been so helpful. My key broke off in the lock and they were able to get the broken part out for me without having to buy a new lock.

Pros: Great location if you live in Hudson. Easy access and a few good choices on size.
Cons: They've changed ownership a few times in our 8 years there. As a result, prices have gone up many times. The good news is it motivated us to leave and reduce this expense.

Justin at the Hudson location has been awesome every time I visited that location.
I highly recommend him to any needing a storage unit.
