Great place so far and everyone has been very helpful n nice n units are clean. The only issue I had was my code not working the first day and after hours but it was fixed right away!

This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. The property manager, Cassandra, is incompetent. My unit was dirty and had nonworking lights upon my arrival. She said it would be resolved, NOT! As well, she is over charging me before my free rent is up. I have attempted to contact the corporate office and NOBODY has a number to reach them, shady! I would not rent from SROA and especially any facilities managed by Cassandra which is Sanitarium Rd and Canton Rd, that I am aware of.

The unit was held for me and getting it started was very easy. David did a great and professional job.

If you plan on long-term storage. Look elsewhere. They will price you out with increases every 6 months

I reserved a storage online on 10/21/2023 as we were packing I received a call from a 1-800 number which was customer service. I explained that we were in the middle of packing could I call her back or could I just do everything online if the office had closed. The customer service rep assured me it could all be done online. I completed my registration online paid for my storage 101.46 and never received my passcode to get in the gate. I waited hours, still no passcode I was informed the office was closed on Sundays when I attempted to call the 1-800 number back so I was forced to rent elsewhere. I called the office on Monday explained my situation she said I should expect a refund in 4-6 weeks via check never mentioned minus the processing fee. I received my refund minus the processing fee back on the card that was used I don’t feel as though I should have to pay the processing fee considering the reason I couldn’t rent wasn’t my fault. I’m very frustrated and would never recommend renting from this establishment. It was bad enough having to move a friend at the last minute all the extras weren’t necessary.

I have rented a storage unit here for quite some time. I didn't like it when SROA bought this place, they have bought quite a few in the area. The staff here are excellent. I do want to complain about the actual company. The rent keeps going up continously. It has gone over market value now. I had enough and decided to finance a barn to put on my property and the payments are very close to what I pay in storage rent. I could have been a customer for many more years but the company would rather try to squeeze every last dime they can get out of me- but instead they are going to get yet another empty rental unit.

This company delivers good customer service, reasonable pricing, and nice rental storage units.

The staff is super friendly and showed me around so I wouldn't feel lost. They explained everything in detail to make sure I understood everything.

Everyone in the office is very nice, polite and very helpful. The units and grounds are kept nice and safe. If I ever need storage again I will definitely be back. Thanks for being so amazing!

We rented here through the summer and had an outstanding experience. A five star isn't enough to express the exceptional and professional customer service we received from Cassandra here. She is patient, understanding, and try her best to accommodate and satisfy the customers. If I could give more stars I would. Will definitely be my first option for a storage if needed again while I'm still in college. Cassandra my mom give you 100+ stars!
