Do not use this place. You cannot get ahold of anyone after they rent you a space.that's isn't the right one you wanted. Then say they've refunded your money.but 4 weeks later you still don't have your money. And cannot get ahold of anyone about anything
Terrible customer service called at 5pm they close at 5: 30 I was left on hold until they wouldn’t pick up only called because they auto charged $40 EXTRA. Honestly garage.
They're nice and friendly and very polite and respectful and they are wonderful people there n I'm satisfied.
The staff is very friendly but zero security. I've already had a tank stolen out of my camper. Both gates have been broken for months. When asked, they're going to get them fixed. I hope others are checking there stored items regularly.
This place has called me for a week straight after I set a payment date. I work third shift and they made sure they called me everyday at 9 am and woke me up. Everyday I told them I work thirds and to please not call as I have set a payment date. Now I have been sitting on the phone for 15 minutes trying to make my payment listening to them conversate and laugh. No customer service is apparent. I will be closing down and going back to EZ storage. I have received stellar customer service from them. This place is too expensive and has no clue about what customer service is.

Please find another facility as this one run by Melissa Vasquez-Ortiz does not call you back at all. I have left 3 messages with no return call. They prey on young college students which I find deplorable! My daughter rented a unit, signed the insurance waiver and then gets charged for insurance! After not getting a return call I tried the central customer service numbers and they are clueless as they keep making up new policies as you are speaking to them. If possible, try and find a reputable company to take care of your storage needs!
I came to your store space to get some information about your units because I am moving and Nicole help me and I decided to get she was very helpful and nice.
