This place was more affordable than the one before. Since loving in, the manager has made huge strides in cleaning up the trash and making other improvements since taking over from the previous owner. Security has been greatly improved and the facility is more accessible now. I vacated the unit because we downsized and didn't it any longer, but I recommend the facility for value and convenience. In particular, the manager, Laura, is a delight to work with and will take care of your needs.

Laura is a God send. No matter how big or small the issue, she is there to help with a kind heart and exemplary customer service.

My experience has be phenomenal since the first day at Storequest economy. Laura and staff on the phone when I called are friendly and very helpful.

The call center was helpful and friendly and the property manager was so nice and understanding. I have never not felt like a burden by a storage facility until I came here. I even spoke to the men who have a garage near me and they told me how much they enjoy it.

My experience from start to finish was a genuinely good. Laura is polite, professional and a breeze to work with. Erin was so resourceful and kind. Since renting I could definitely see the updates and the facility has been secure during my tenure.

My unit was broken into (the wall separating an unlocked vacant unit was torn apart), there's no video cameras because the office was broken into by Great Value Storage (the previous owners), and on top of having my stuff stolen there was significant water damage. Your stuff is not safe from the elements or thieves here.

The facility is clean and well maintained. We use it for trailer parking and the lot is paved with extremely easy access to our spot. The place we used to store our trailers was not any of those things. The manager is extremely personable and professional simultaneously. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Laura at Reynoldsburg Storquest is such a great Manager. I was going through a hard time moving being in school at the same time and she accommodated me without hesitation with a big storage unit.
