StoryPoint Troy reviews
15This is a beautiful well maintained place. The staff is very caring and knowlegable. They are great about keeping the Residents safe.
Nice place very clean and spacious but never gave me a chance to work there I’m not going to return anymore just keep getting rejected saying I’m not a fit too many mixed signals
StoryPoint just feels like home! Coming to work most days doesn't feel like work when you enjoy what you do
StoryPoint is a great community for seniors. As someone who has been in the long term care industry for 8 years, I can confidently say that they not only have the best environment but also the best care. The hardworking staff always make sure that the residents and their needs are put first.
You will not find anything better than this community! I highly recommend StoryPoint Troy. All of the residents always have a great time when there are events
We started working with the staff at StoryPoint Troy after my mother had a stroke and she considered Independent living. Due to a number of factors, Mom chose to remain in her home. Our contact from StoryPoint kept in touch with us and offered to help in any way she could, but never did we feel like she was trying to "sell" us on moving Mom. After Mom developed some serious medical issues, we needed advanced Assisted Living and StoryPoint worked to meet our needs. After signing the contract, we prepared her room and waited for her to be transferred from the hospital. Incredibly, she passed away as we were waiting. Even though we never moved her, all the staff at StoryPoint were amazing! We observed them dealing with residents in a kind, compassionate and loving manner. And they treated us with the greatest of respect and kindness. A beautiful and wonderful place! Highly recommended!
What a beautiful building and amazing staff! You can tell from the moment you walk in the door that every staff members cares deeply for their work and for their residents! So happy to work with such a great group!
I have had the pleasure of eating meals prepared by the chef at StoryPoint. These meals are restaurant quality and are very tasty.
I have been there to eat and meet with some folks. The staff is very nice and the environment is clean. I was impressed of the quality of the food.
StoryPoint is a true gem! The staff, amenities, activities, decor, food are incredible! I would highly recommend StoryPoint for anyone considering a facility for themselves or loved one!
Wonderful team, amazing culinary talent with Chef Ben and his team, Ashley the Community Specialist is a great support in guiding families through this difficult journey! You need to check this place out - there is nothing in town like it and you owe it to yourself to stop by!
This is a very beautiful place with many wonderful activities for the residence. The daily meals and special occasion foods are excellent menus. The staff is very friendly and caring. I am very impressed with everything that is offered here at StoryPoint Troy! Thank you to the staff for their caring friendship!
My grandfather and grandmother moved into StoryPoint in Troy last summer. I have been so impressed with their facilities and willingness to help! The assisted living apartment is nice and clean which makes visiting easy. Our family enjoys attending ice cream socials (which are complimentary) and other fun events at the facility. I also have a one year old who enjoys visiting too.
About 6 months ago my grandfather passed away. The staff was so thoughtful and brought a whole buffet of breakfast food to my grandma’s room for her and any guests that might be visiting. I will never forget that! After my grandfather passed I was worried that my grandmother would not be able to stay in assisted living by herself but the staff works extra hard to be able to keep her in her apartment and happy. I am so glad my grandparents chose StoryPoint.
This is a beautiful community, with an amazing reputation in the Troy area. The employees seem to really love the residents and go above and beyond to help them.
My parents moved to Storypoint in October 2019. Our family visits quiet often. Because of the welcoming environment, nice rooms and great food, even the grandkids and great grandkids look forward to their weekly visits. The great grandchildren tell my mother they want to live there too because she gets to do all kinds of cool activities and the food is GREAT! From my perspective, the staff are caring, the environment is clean and they food is very good. We do not regret our decision to move my parents here.
