Great service. From the second you walk in the door, til you drive out of the gate.
We ordered casing and base trim in the store, when I called to see if it had came in it was the wrong style and size casing. When it was the reordered and came in we were shorted a whole stick. Three weeks later we went back to order more casing and base trim, when I called to see it had came in, the base trim was there however no casing was shipped in. No one was really willing to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommend taking your business else where.
Mark was unfriendly at the front desk. Playing the mask game “or leave”. Straight and Lamp is not interested in earning the business from smaller general contractors.
