Stylist set my appointment date and time. When I got there & after sitting for 30 minutes and her taking 2 clients I asked what was going on. She put my appt for a different day and never even apologized for her own mistake. Very unprofessional. She's a excellent stylist as far as her work goes, but her ability to fix or handle her own mistake was the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with.
