I have used this place several times in the past few years, mostly to trim my long hair, but I just got a short haircut, which I have never gotten before, and Kirsten was so helpful and kind, and she did such a good job it looks awesome. Definitely would recommend!

After going her 2 other time's I wanted high light's of Carmel I got blonde but it looked ok but not what I asked for and even showed a picture. I decided to go back to all one color of my normal hair color and said don't make it dark. Well it's dark and she said. It will lighten up its been a week and it's still dark. Everytime I look in the mirror I get more angry.

I went to this salon this past week, and first I just have to say the receptionist when I first called did a thorough consultation with me on the phone while booking the appointment and She listened to me obnoxiously rant and rave about exactly what I was looking for and what my hair was like and everything I hated about it and wanted to have done. When i arrived everyone smiled and was so kind and accommodating, they are SO friendly it was so refreshing! It was clean, the decor is absolutely beautiful and it really felt like I was in a different world. The owner, Melissa, is so down to earth and made me feel so welcome it was like we’d had already been friends. She shared the history of the salon, all the work she’s put into it and her leadership skills with her team of girls seemed like they are one big family and all work together. My stylist was Gwen, and she was AMAZING. She listened to EXACTLY what I wanted this woman was doing my hair from 3: 45pm until 9 o’clock. My hair is long, longggg and thick and was a MESS and she worked for HOURS to deliver precisely what I was looking for which I thought was just unattainable at that point and SHE DID IT. She was funny, and attentive and she really really cared about getting me to where i wanted but she did WAY better. I would recommend this salon to ANYone I know, I will literally never go anywhere else again EVER. Even an hour after they were closed they weren’t rushing me out, they weren’t annoyed, or bothered. I have never had a better experience at a salon in my life and could not recommend this place more. They made me feel confident again and Gwen did extraordinary work she is an ANGEL. The staff is absolutely amazing, the environment is beautiful and I am so so so happy with my experience here.

My daughter and I went to Studio 19 salon for a spa day in celebration of her birthday. We were greeted with smiles and offered water, tea, coffee or wine during our visit! I am very sensitive with my arthritic hands and feet. Claire was very gentle and did a fantastic job! I got the tigers eye on my hands and my friends love it also. My daughter looked fantastic after her manicure and blowout! She was very happy with all her service as well! If we meet in Ohio again we WILL DEFINITELY visit Studio 19 again! I recently got my haircut with Bailey and I've been loving my hair ever since. She really went above and beyond to help me understand what and why she was cutting my hair and how it will help me in my every day life.

I have thick, curly hair so the fact that she took the time to de-bulk and texturize my curls was a first but a game-changer nonetheless. The pricing was very reasonable and felt inclined to tip generously because the service and atmosphere is just that great.

Alyssa cut and styled my hair. My experience was amazing! I’ve never been to a hair salon where the stylist really took their time. Alyssa was so great and did a phenomenal job on my hair.

I want to thank Melissa, owner of the salon, who was at the Happy Grape Bistro, where I tend to the wine and the bar. She is one very nice and generous lady. Come back and see us!
