5The guys on the trucks need to learn how to drive. I travel red hill rd daily on my way out to walnut creek and on numerous occasions I've been forced off the road going up over red hill because of this places trucks having trailers on and coming 2 to 3 feet over the yellow line. Red hil rd is NOT wide enough to travel with large trailers behind a truck. Next time they can deal with the video being turned over to the police and I'm NOT going off the road again! You saying you called the number back is a complete lie! It's my cell phone and it is on me at all times! Truck said stutzmans lawn and landscaping on it. Next time it happens you can pay to have my vehicle fixed and any doctor bills that might come from it!
Terrible customer service. Great mowing. Should work on customer service coming from the "Owner" -" We have tons of people that we can mow for we DONT need to mow for you! ". I guess they don't need our business. -
****** Responding to your response, it had NOTHING TO DO with paying for the past due amounts, I was calling to pay this, (I CALLED YOU) The concern with the customer service was that MY BILL DID NOT MATCH YOUR BILL …. And all I was asking for was clarification. It is all about the perception of the customer.and you did a terrible job giving the customer a 5 star experience. Hence the 1 start.
Flowers are healthy. Selection is above average. Purchased over $645 of flowers and was charged 3% because I used my debit card as I didn’t have that much cash on me. Who has that much cash in their pocket? And that was my first visit and need more. I could understand a charge if under a minimum amount, but I paid almost $20 to shop there. I’ve been going there for years and spend quite a bit. Don’t ever recall a 3% charge nor any signage to indicate. The markup on the plants is more than enough to cover a card usage. Seems to be a recurring theme of lack of customer service/appreciation these days.
This used to be my go to for all of my plants, shrubs, mulch, gravel, pretty much everything so when we were hiring someone to put in a brand new lawn at our new home they seemed like the perfect choice. Well, everything is not as it seems and I could not be more disappointed with the service, responsiveness to our concerns and the overall quality of what we spent A LOT of money on. We were even lied to about the process they use to hand rake everything smooth to make a nice lawn. No one ever even got off of a piece of equipment and they broke the end of my brand new driveway with their equipment to boot. They did have that fixed but it is pieced in and doesn't match the rest of my drive at all and I'm stuck looking at it like that.
They USED TO BE my go to. Now, I will never go back.
I love this place! They have everything you could need for your indoor and outdoor gardens. The service is always top notch and the workers are very kind and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Every last Saturday in February they have a half-off everything sale (besides chemicals). I highly recommend visiting Stutzman Lawn and Landscaping for all of your growing needs.
