7We needed a tank installed for a generator. Employee came out to look at installation site and said all was good. On the day the tank was to be installed, the driver arrived and immediately said they don’t go under sidewalks (the walk is paver bricks) and refused to do the job. It was also difficult to get them to talk to the generator company to coordinate installation. I DO NOT recommend your wasting time on this outfit.
Terrible service. Terrible response time. Terrible field representatives. They didn’t even fix my issues, just gave my wife a hard time. Glad I got home before he left.

If I could give less than a one star I would.
Poor communication skills from field men a rude to my wife bad mouths her I didn’t appreciate it I didn’t catch his name
Had an issue office said they would send some one to handle it all we got was attitude from the man and nothing was fixed still with out gas or a time it’ll be fixed
Guy came to my house was unprofessional and ignorant. Could have fixed my leak instead he tagged my tank as lock out tag out! Don't recommend them!
On time and did a professional job.
I have installed gas lines for 35 years and this crew did a very good job, I would use them anytime I need work done.
I'm handicaped now and it's nice to have a good company that you can rely on to do the job right and at a reasonable price.
This is the second review that I have given in 35 years.

Suburban, Mt. Vernon, Ohio is remarkable. We worked with Alicia Sagle from our first phone call, to completion of the installation of our propane service. She is one in a million. Simply the most impeccable customer service I have ever experienced. What an asset she is to the company. We were shopping around when I called and spoke to Alicia the first time and knew from that moment, Suburban would be our supplier. The techs and installers were well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. My son now has Suburban and my daughter is switching to Suburban.
