3Will not tell me how much things will cost.and are leaving my family with no heat for 7 to 10 days i have never had propane and was not explained anything when i bought the house so we are stuck.
Drove out to fill a propane tank because thei website says they are currently open. No they aren’t.
They are horrible! They took our tank by mistake which was 40% full. So now I don't have any heat. They called me and said they would bring it back. I told them no. We are going to find a new provider. They then said they would refund me for the amount left in tank. They decided to charge me $120 restocking fee because there was still propane in the tank when they picked it up. They already picked it up on their own. Why should I pay a fee for their mistake. Still waiting for my refund for over 2 weeks now and customer service is horrible. This place is a horrible nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am in contact with the Attorney General office and reporting them. BEWARE!
