14 Dead Bugs in the veggies “Gnats” alive and flying over the veggies aswell! It’s been like that for months now!
HAVE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE VEGGIES! I did and had to leave a half built sandwich do to the DEAD GNATS in the veggies!
The manager bailed on the employees leaving them on their own. But the guys did a great job and were patient. Btw I came here bc the one on Lake Avenue was having. PC issues. And it was worth the wait and drive.
I taught my kids to like fresh vegetables through eating Subway. Imagine that. Now they want Subway every time I passe one. Thanks for being everywhere!
Store looks clean, but I have an issue with the blonde girl that works behind the counter. She seems polite, but she never wears a mask and sometimes even gloves. I guess I don't understand, because she is dealing with other peoples food in a pandemic, and her coworkers are wearing masks. I usually pop my head in, and if I see her there (with no mask), I'll get lunch somewhere else.
Valerie waited on me. She was patient, helpful and great to me & all the customers she waited on before me.
The store itself needs more personality though. Not that Subways are the go to for ambiance for dining. But this one is a kinda blah inside.
REALLLLLLLY CLEAN, FOR IT TO BE IN A STORE COMPLEX I WASN'T EXPECTING WHAT I WALKED INTO. THE STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND EVERYTHING WAS WIPED DOWN AND JUST OVERALL SO CLEAN. WILL ABSOLUTELY BE BACK TO THIS SUBWAY. GOOD JOB
Always great to enter the employees are friendly and cheerful, food is always great the place is always neat and clean.
Alot of props to these workers. The store has NO consideration for them. Summer at least 100 in there. Now windows so tinted ua can't even see inside at all. Thought they forgot to turn off the sign. Could be why you are so slow right now!
Awful place to work, and even worse place to eat. If the veggies look bad, that's because they are. We were often encouraged to use food past it's expiration date to save on costs because the owner is a penny pincher.
I had a very good experience here I was recently added another one in Elyria and I had a horrible experience there they did not have half a product they needed they did not have half the bread they needed and they blamed it on the person ordering the food because they're not a corporation I thought all Subways are Corporation and I will not go back to Elyria again for the subway there by my parent's house I'll wait and come back to Parma in Cleveland area and North Olmsted but not Elyria
I didn’t get her name, but the store manager with glasses is so insanely nice! We stood and talked about the current events going on and she was very easy to talk to. My sandwich was amazing as well! Best subway experience I’ve had in a long time!
Walked in and since there was a line, i ran to use the restroom before i ordered, at which point i was berated by the two workers that are in on 9/19/2019 and 12pm about how i have to pay first, so this location will not be receiving my business and i think they need a lesson in customer service.
I just went in with my mom and the lady who was working just now with blonde/orange hair was super sweet and actually made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it! She needs a raise! She was super sweet too
The manager Katlin is rude as hell. Customer is supposed to be right by not in her eyes. Poor customer service and lousy food! Don't suggest going here
