Subway, Greenville OH

Went in and ordered a ham sub with olives, lettuce, tomato, onion, and southwest sauce, the bread was dry and stale. The cheese was provolone. It had green mold spots on the cheese. Told them to remove the cheese at once and they told me to leave and never come back. It was not their problem.go figure

Not sure if it’s a supply issue but went there tonight and they were out of a lot of toppings and ham. I felt stuck after getting a different meat option when almost all of the toppings I requested were out. If I would have known ahead of time I wouldn’t have gotten a sub at all.

The employees there are so sweet and helpful and they are the best sandwich artist in town

Went to place five sandwiches in the drive thru and they processed to tell me we could only order four. So I had to go inside to order the last one

Don't order from here. A bunch of inept millenials running the place. Waited almost 40 minutes for my online order as they took one customer after the other walking in. If I didn't get in line to tell them to prepare my order, I would have been sitting there all night.

Went through the drive through at the Wagner location last night. I don’t even know where to start on how terrible the drive through lady was… We were wondering what was taking so long for the truck ahead of us to order. We thought surely he was ordering for a whole football team or something with how slow it was! That was up until it was our turn and we realized it was the woman worker! She starts out complaining telling us her whole life story and my husband is trying to be respectful to her and saying things like “we’re sorry to hear that” but honestly, we hadn’t ate at all, it’s 9: 30 at night, we just want our food lady. We’re sorry you’re supposed to be on bed rest but still…
It literally took over an hour in the drive through for her to make a few subs and two drinks. On my chicken bacon ranch sub, I didn’t even get ranch. I got a ton of Buffalo sauce on it though… How are you gonna not put ranch on a chicken bacon ranch sub?
The whole experience was a nightmare and that woman is costing this location a ton of money.
We will take our money to the other location from now on or even out of town. Worth the drive and would still get better surfaces and fast food!

Worst service ever. Wrong sandwich, wrong toppings, had no cheese and it wasn’t toasted. Not to mention the fact that is took 10 minutes for them to take and process my order when I was clear as day and even repeated myself. Called and attempted to talk to a manager but they did not seem to care. I already drove home, and they had absolutely no intentions in making it right. Will never return, find a new manager

A lot of choices for a person with freshness in veggies. Sometimes they don't heat the sandwich up enough

The food is always good at Subway I wish they had the Jersey Mike's in town but since they don't I won't eat at Subway I do like my heated sandwiches from Jersey Mike's but Subway will do

We used to go to this location a lot. That’s one day which is today that we went to it they made our sandwiches so horrible they didn’t even put cheese on my Husband sandwich when we ordered it and I ordered pepper jack cheese on my sandwich too. And they gave me white American. I called down there and the lady called me a liar over the phone. I do not recommend this location at all. We Live 30 minutes away and the lady basically told me if I didn’t come tonight to bring our sandwiches back that she wasn’t gonna do anything to fix it any day or any time. And that I’m basically lying because her employees never has gotten the sandwich wrong as what she told me.

It says dine in and i got told i had to eat outside also very rude girl working, standing there making 3 other subs while im waiting to pay for mine.stood there 10 minutes before they even realized i was inside the building whoever working tuesday April 13 at 11am acted like i was bothering her becase she had to do her job very poor service very rude people never again

You should stop false advertising make it your way, when u don't. Went there the other night the girl put like 4 pieces of onion, I ask her to put on more and she said she wasn't allowed to, so I told her just charge me for Xtra onion she said she wasn't allowed to and was very rude. U charge more money for less food and get rude with the customers. I won't be going back there! I stayed away from this location for 3yrs for the same behavior from a previous employee

When you order a double meat an they give you a single meat sub, what a joke every time I go to this subway.might have to watch them make it so they do it right an don't mess it up like always

Quick and delicious. Nice and friendly staff even though we walked in minutes before they closed. The website says they close at 10 but they closed at 9.
