Subway, Cincinnati OH

When I walked in on a Late Sun afternoon there were no customers. Young lady behind counter appeared to not be busy as she did greet me right away and asked what I’d like. When I started to build my veggie wrap and asked for onions she said they didn’t have any as she didn’t have time to cut them.
Would’ve been nice to have had the “wrap” (flour tortilla) just slightly warmed in a microwave or something. Instead it was rock hard out of refrigerator. I ordered a drink and chips only to find out they don’t even have iced tea. As I do not drink pop I had to settle for water which should’ve been free but didn’t bother to ask for refund as she seemed annoyed at that point that she had to even wait on me. Counters where I paid were sticky.

For such a high priced neighborhood this place was not well run.

Sharin the girl with the blue hair that works there behind the counter it is the second time that she has been so disrespectful to one of our co-workers.the reason why she is so disrespectful is because of a cup of ice that she usually gets.no one else makes it a big deal for getting a cup of ice.at this point she is discriminating all the staff that works here because were Latinas.but she does give other people free food but when we get ice she throws a fit for a cup of ice that we can pay its but. 30 cents.very disrespectful makes me sick she was rude and it was uncalled for very unprofessional and i think she should be fired.

Got a foot long at noon today (October 19th 2020) and here I am at 2pm throwing it up on the side of the road.

Generally do a decent job with the sandwiches, but not very consistent. Also, they don't participate in Subway price promotions.

Subway always has good cold cut subs. And service has always been good too.
