Subway, Lagrange OH

Worst service ever! Rude employees. They took my online order then called me and said we're not allowed to accept online 30 minutes before we close and we're closing at 6. I said you have my money. He got rude and said you'll get it back in 3 to 5 days, we're not making your order, I said I'm talking to the manager tomorrow your open tol 8. He got rude again and said do what you want and hung up, I'm never ordering from them again. Grafton will get my business from now on.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! It is very clean and sparkly inside, and the food is fantastic!

Total was $95 after food was made then they say don’t accept $100 bills. Ok then keep the food. So we went across street and got delicious chicken ‍️‍️‍️

Definitely lacks any small town charm. Can easily have a long wait time if you show up during some busy times of the day. Overall food here has always been made correctly and tasted fine.

Always seems this place closes well before closing time. Sometimes I have long days and on 3 different occasions have shown up at 7: 30 on the dot for a small meal and they are already shut down despite it saying they don’t close till 8.

Other than that it’s usually okay, just depends on who’s working.

Got a kid sandwich and it was surprisingly filling. You don't really have to waste your money on getting a small sandwich if you're not extremely hungry.just get a kid size

Couldn't take the subway gift card I had because their machine wouldn't read the card. They refused to manually input the numbers so I could use the gift card that I had. The place was a joke and a half they didn't even make our sandwiches correctly.

Be sure to ask questions about what your ordering. Some of the staff are not forthcoming with information.

The spicy Italian footlong was good and satisfied my hunger. The service was prompt and courteous. Social distancing was observed.

The staff is pleasant and I'm happy the offer free masks, as that day I had forgotten mine. Typical subway food, clean store. Wish they would offer curbside!

Long time customer, spent lots of money here. After working a very long 12 hour day in the trauma ER I pulled up at 7: 59. They watched me pull up, get out of my car, and then proceeded to turn the lights off while smirking. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be getting another dime from me. Certainly no small town hospitality here. Too bad I live here.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich to go. Servers are super skimpy on adding items to your sandwitch. Stop up the street at the gas station instead.
