It was clean, fast and the food was delicious. I tried their new sweet onion steak teriyaki sub. It was great. The employees were really nice too.
This Subway is a very nice Subway it's not like the one in Sheffield Lake where they only give you half the food You're supposed to give you a pie cut your meatballs and half and stuff and a little spoons of this or that and that but this Subway is a very good Subway

Best, best, best subway in Lorain! The place is ALWAYS clean, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. I live a little closer to the one on Oberlin Avenue, but I choose to drive to and order at this one almost every single time I order Subway! You guys are great!
I ordered sandwiches on their app. Got to the store. And told them i had a online order, gave them my name. They said ok pull around. Im waiting at the window for 15 mins. Then they come to the window and ask my name again. Then they say they we dont have that order. (Well then why was i waiting all that time? , what were yall doing?) I show them the order on the app with the confirmation number. Then show them my bank account app where subway charged me. And then the woman says sorry i cant make the sandwiches for you. So i paid for subway and never received it. I asked to speak with a manager and some young woman says "im the closest thing we got to a manager". She obviously has no customer service because any other manager would have done the right thing in this situation given i showed two forms of proof for the purchase. Terrible.
Understaffed & slow. Girl working the window was rude. Sheffield subway is much better
This is my go to subway restaurant. I live in Vermilion, and will travel the extra 20 minutes cause i know that they are fully staffed, clean and always have food in stock. The staff is awesome, (thank you amber! ️) They never give u attitude if u have a big order and they are very accommodating.
Only thing is when I ask for a lot of lettuce and pickles I mean it lol I want all the things
Speedway needs to figure out how to separate people coming in to pick up app placed orders from folks who are in order a sandwich.
People coming in to pick up wind up waiting needlessly behind some guy having his six sandwiches put together. Clunk 1
But they are NUMMY subs, love the Spicy Italian. Restaurant was clean, staff was personable if a little flustered at times.
I placed my order in store and was out of there in about five minutes. Parking was no problem.
The ladies working today were amazing, so nice and helpful and fast. I will be going back to that location again because of them.
