Subway, Maumee OH

Best experience ever food was very fresh customer service amazing lauryn was very helpful.

This subway is CLEAN and they keep their glass that is over the food down until someone comes in to order, meats and cheeses as well as the vegetables aren’t cross referenced (if you know what I mean other dressings spilled all into other sections), and the bread is delicious!

Stopped by tonight to get dinner there was to women working the women that helped us her name was piper she was really nice but the other girl working with her was rude as hell.

Got off of work rushed to get at 915 rushed to grab dinner got to subway at 923 to be told they are closed when they are not supposed to close till 930 what is going on with customer service?

Lowest quality veggies I've seen in a while, everything just looked dry.except the tuna, that looked like mayo soup

Such nice young ladies work here! I go here for lunch sometimes and I'm always greeted with a smile, and they chit chat with me while making my sub.

Sandwich not cut all the way and falling apart and the female who cashed me out didn’t say hi or thank you or anything. This place gets a lousy 1.

Two of the sweetest girls took care of me today very nice girls both said hi both said thank u even told me to have a nice day I like nice people like myself made my day and the sub was delicious everything was fresh including the bread I’ll definitely be back

We drove 13 hours to chicago for an enjoyable trip and were dreaming of Sbubby the entire temporal length of our travels. Unfortunately, the timing was not right, and we did not enjoy a Sbubby meal while in the city. However, we were determined to eat long Sbubby subs on the drive home. We entrusted our navigation to maps, and after a grueling 45 minutes of highway driving in our gasoline-consuming vehicle, we found ourselves at the Toledo Airport, led astray by the Internet! Our driver peed themselves, which necessitated a quick stop into the airport. We were, however, unable to experience the succulent flavors of Sbubby subs without buying plane tickets. We resolved to visit this Sbubby after our long journey and were not disappointed! We got a turkey 6 inch sbub, a turkey and provolone footlong sbub, and a 12 inch chicken flatbread with pepper jack cheese. They were good. I have awarded 4 out of 5 stars because they are no longer carrying the Veggie Patty, but every other figurative vestibule of our visit was exciting and flavorful!

Employee very rude im from Michigan and went here for lunch and husband was on Phone with me take my order she was disrespectful rude never go to this spot again 05/07/2021 at noon in Maumee Ohio on Dussel dr if u don't like your job dont work there hundreds of other jobs out there if i could give zero stars i would other wise nice place close to hotel convenient but will go someplace else cause of rude employee not a people person

Clean store, the girls behind the counter did a great job moving through the line quickly.

Cross contamination should be allotted during such a time where Covid-19 has overtaken the lives of many. I witnessed two young ladies tonight clean and make sandwiches with the same gloves also there's puddles of water upon coming into the door which the staff also didn't seem to concerned about. I think these younger ladies need a bit more training as far as how to be a little more attentive to their surroundings and cleanliness of the store and safety measures to ensure the physical well being of the customers.:)

I go to this store at least 3 times a week. Tif and her staff are on the ball and are super friendly. This is by far my favorite lunch spot.

The three young girls that were working during my visit today (12: 30 on 6/23) were SAINTS. I walked in the store to see a man with his elderly parents, and another elderly man by himself. They handled the family so well even after they were hard of hearing and a tad difficult to deal with, and the man in front of me in line seemed to be a regular - one of the girls even paid for his meal. I have never seen such outstanding customer service at a subway before. These girls went out of their way to be SO POLITE and take out of their own checks to pay for a regular customer. I was in awe. On top of that, my sandwich is perfect. Thanks girls, faith in humanity restored. I hope you are rewarded for your excellent customer service.

This is one of the best subways I go to. There are 4 others that are closer but this one is my favorite. The two girls Jo and Josie are always working when I go in most of the time and their service is faster than the other employees, and the food always taste great. Not sure if it's because they know my order by now but these two girls seem to work harder than all the other workers when I am there. They both deserve a raise. Will definitely be returning and telling my friends!
