7They have great service and decent food. Only reason for 4 stars is because they got rid of their Italian dressing. How can you have an Italian sub without Italian dressing? Anyway, never had a terrible experience.
Put in a subway order via DoorDash and received a confirmation. When my dasher arrived subway was closed with no. Order placed during normal hours (7: 30pm). Called and received no answer. Extremely disappointed. Spent 40 minutes waiting for my order to have to make other arrangements
This is the most awful subway I've been to customer service was bad Brian needs a new job get that guy out of there
Service with a smile. This is my fifth or sixth time at this location given I just moved up from Canton, and it's right around the corner. Customer service is horrible. Employees roll their eyes at you. They slap your food on the bread with such disgust. And it's more than just one employee. I figured the first time maybe the employee was just having a bad day. After reading reviews, I'm now seeing it's apparently a big problem as others have had the same complaint. Just trying to understand what it is that makes these employees so upset. Is it poor management? I will report this to management.
Wish they could serve faster and appreciate customers more for coming in instead of turning a blind eye on people.
Guy named chris who works there is pretty cute and funny. 10/10 recommend (:
