Subway, Cleveland OH

I got turned away because they wanted to leave too bad and not wait for the upcoming shift. It says “open 24 hours”….

This advertises as a 24 hour subway. But everytime I go here they are too lazy to make food so they say they are closed. The girl with the half pink hair, i think her name might be Brittany is unbelievable rude. & should rethink her career in customer service. How does this location make money when there employees turn down customers.

Every time I come here they always tell a story they computers are down or they need to caught up on prep like this place supposed to be 24 hrs very poor poor service as they sit in the back watching there phones and talking smh

Definitely not 24hrs
. I work 3rd shift. Came up here at 4am on my break because it says they are 24hrs and when I got here he told me they were closed. Wasted my whole break

Worse experience. False advertising on it being open 24 hrs. Twice I have stopped by at different times throughout the day and no workers. An employee claimed to be off the clock, but was still behind the counter and stated that I could wait for an employee to arrive if they would arrive. When confronted about the hrs being false advertising she got loud and stated that the store is 24hrs, however nobody was working the counter and it had been 45 minutes since she had clo ked out. DON'T RECOMMENED AT ALL.

Said was cleaning couldn’t fix sub yet he disappeared in back, waste of time.ordered Jimmy Johns.

Food is always fresh great place to order I was able to get whatever you want on your bread you can always pick your type of bread great food to eat great food for you

Absolutely best fast food experience we've had in a long time. The guys working there made our subs like they were making them for themselves. Refreshing to get such good service at a fast food restaurant anymore, I will definitely be patronizing this location again. THANK YOU!

Hi. I had a terrible experience at this subway last night. I called corporate and left them a message. First this this morning I received a call from the manager of the subway her name was Linda. She was very nice and took care of the situation and left me here to write a review thanking her and telling people that if they ever have a issue there. Get ahold of her and she will do her very best to help. Good job subway for hiring a nice cool woman. Wish there was more of her in the food industry. (She need a raise for being like that in these days) thank you.

Literally I was there last night and got served the best subway I’ve ever had. The workers were awesome and even joked around with us. It was nice especially a long day after work.

Every singing time I order pickup from here like literally every single time…I order my sandwich toasted and they ALWAYS send it cold! The word toasted is literally in capital letters and they can never get it right! Smh! Never ordering from here again!

This is by far the best subway, food is so good I go there periodically to buy me a sub sandwich usually the BMT. Plus it’s located inside of 7-Eleven so you can grab your snacks, play your numbers, and last but not least the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, go get your self a sub sandwich!

The staff had a vape in her mouth while preparing the sandwiches, while she wasn’t actually smoking it infront of me, her mask was down and she was juggling the cape and the knife she uses to cut the sandwiches, which means her saliva is all over the bread… it was pretty nasty

Wanted to try the new sandwich the Supreme meats both ladies looked at me like I was crazy then told me they don't have that sandwich anymore but the menu board had a picture saying new. They both seemed like they had a issue with making the food they need trained better

Placed a delivery order. After 45 mins order is cancelled. Email says to call store. No answer. Complete joke
