Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
15LOVED This location very good service and food and loved the employees, this one in particular is very friendly, nice, and great with kids, will definitely be coming back here soon and seeing this amazing employee agian my kids love him and he can’t wait to see him
Very disappointed in the sandwiches today looked very cheap old meat like they didn't do prep.had a tuna sandwich that made me sick to my stomach for 2 days and I don't usually get this I love your tuna I don't think you guys are watching your date so you're mixing stuff together That means old and new together. Just a little/big deal will try one mote time before I do not come back.
I have seen employees at this location be very kind and friendly at this location I did witness interaction with employee and develop disable person treat the individual with kindness and respect and patience kudos to hiring manager great talent works here
Ordered a few sandwiches and although there was a problem, Tara this Subway's manager, made sure to correct the problem and make everything good! This is a shining example to other businesses of how good customer service is done. Normally there's never an issue and it's naive to think that everything should run perfectly all the time. However this manager not only strives for perfection but the right attitude has rubbed off on several of the employees and it's a pleasure going there when we're hungry for sub sandwiches. Highly recommend this store!
The staff are honest and caring. My mom just got out of the hospital. Still weak stopped for sandwich here. Disoriented left her debit card here. Two days later, worried, called subway medwick plaza. They held the card for her. No charges. Mom's on a fixed income. Thank you for your honesty and caring bout your customers. Great subs.
Rob and mom.
I had the #1 philly steak sandwich. It was not anything special. I will say that that staff was very organized and friendly at the store.
Have purchased Subs from here several times and their always made correctly and everything is fresh.
I go to this location a bit since I live nearby. Staff is friendly and lively and subs are always fresh. One time the girl messed up on accident and they gave me no issues fixing the problem. I recommend this location for your next sub experience
Lunch yesterday was horrible. Veggies tastes frozen and were slimy, my bread was stale and soggy. Never ever again will I eat subway at this location. Threw the entire sandwich away. Talk about a waste of money. EAT FRESH yea right!
A big disappointment with sandwiches. Employees were just there passing the time away. One sandwich was a meatball and was burnt since no one bothered to stir it what seemed like all day by how burnt it was.
Staff was polite and professional
Apparently the ownership has changed in some way. As a result the wraps now cost more than a 12 inch sub for less portion than a 6 inch.
Ordered a Meatball Sub. Last time I got this it was great, good size meatballs and nice and hot. This time very small meatballs, one was burned into a small rock and not very warm. Meatballs hard to see in the big roll. You would think sandwich would always be the same but not so. UGH
Ordered two cold cut sandwiches. They only put BOLOGNA on it. I asked when they started only putting bologna on it, they said that its always been that. Look up the meat on the website of what meats go on a cold cut. The website says BOLOGNA, SALAMI AND HAM GOES ON A COLDCUT. Sad they are the only one open close to where I live. They just lost a customer.
When I'm in the mood for a sub, this is the only Subway I will go to.the staff is always polite and professional.
I wanted to give a shout-out to SUBWAY! We used to order from Subway at least three times per week, until, they decided to hire a soccer player that hates America as their spokesman. We were craving subs today and decided to give Jimmy John’s on 240 North Court in Medina a try. Hands down the best sub we ever had! My wife commented on JJ bread, my daughters raved about their Bootlegger Clubs, add guac spread. I also ordered the Bootlegger (I think it’s #14) and was so impressed with the freshness and taste, BRAVO! We would have never ventured out of our anti-American Subway routine. Thank you Subway for hiring a person who is opposed to the United States and its policies. We found our new fave, Jimmy John’s in Medina!
