Subway, Kent OH

My experiences have been mixed with this subway. Some sandwiches are good and others are really messy. Also they do not go by the hours online. I went at 7: 30 and they were closed even though online it says closes at 9: 30 and it says 9: 00 on the door.

Horrible, skimpy on the veggies and somehow I spent over 20$ on a kids menu and one 6 in sub, plus 2$ to eat in? Come on ppl, no wonder y subway is losing customers

This subway was awesome! Fast friendly service, everything was really clean.will be back for sure!

It was a great place to grab lunch. Employees were very nice and fast and the building is recently renovated and clean!

Absolutely confused by the new menu. We hate how they took their sweet Onion sauce and mixed it with Teriyaki, ruined it! Also they did away with the flavored wraps. After 30+ years we're ready to call it quits with Subway!

I am very dissatisfied, today 05/24/2022 at 12: 57 pm a young woman who was working there with bad attitude, I asked her for a napkin because she didn't give me one, subway always include napkins in the bags, she answered me with a bad attitude: "There's no napkins at this time for you to take". I do understand that they might ran out of supplies but the sour attitude with customers that are paying for a service in such a popular business food chain, People like that send the wrong message to customers & probably will think twice before to step back in that location.

We went there at 8: 12 on a Thursday when it says they’re open until 9: 30.the whole place was closed and no cars were in the parking lot.

Montana and some guy with earrings are among the two slowest workers I have ever seen. Why in the world would you do 4 mobile orders ahead of people waiting in line. 5 people not just me and my friend but 5 people were in line waiting to get food. Absolutely disgusting.

I just bought two subs at subway on S Water street. They forgot to put my sub in the bag. When I called back, the guy who answered said “he didn’t know because he was on break” I asked him if he could check with someone. He wasn’t cooperative, so I asked him again. His response was to hang up on me. Then when I called back he didn’t answer. Their mistake not mine.

DONT GO TO THAT Subway. Apparently they don’t know anything about customer service. I will be calling the manager!

Friendly staff who follow the CDC guidelines store is clean both inside and outside. Keep up the good work.

Probably one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered at this subway location. The girl seems absolutely miserable there and so does the other women. I feel if you’re that miserable at your job, probably shouldn’t be working. Never will go back.

It was the worst place I have every been in i ordered 2 sliders the bread was so hard I couldn't even eat it it was the worst sandwich I ever had from subway will never go back 2 that subway again

The current staff is just Fabulous. They are friendly and know how to get you in and out without you feeling rushed.

I wasn't happy at all they didn't have a face mask on a I didn't feel safe with the service

They ran out of meatballs at the beginning of the dinner rush and the little girl working there had a terrible attitude. We won't be going back to this location.
