10 Subpar quality food by subways standards.
They won't even honor their own companies coupons.
Even though their door says open till 9, they close up to an hour early on a Saturday anyways.
This Richmond Hts.location Does not accept coupons nor does the app work. Staff is clueless. No one in charge.
Whoever worked their on June 9th, around 7: 30 PM was the best. He needs a raise, for treating his customers really well. He made our day.
Today 6/6/2021 at bout 1: 00pm i went to this location (Subway) there was a Hispanic worker that had a extremely bad attitude to the point I canceled my order and went elsewhere someone had told me there was a worker at that location that was very rude and I’m certain it’s him it’s really sad cause this is my location around my home and been going there for over 10 yrs now I’ll never go back
The employee said that I don't need a cookie when I wanted to purchase 2 with my meal. I called corporate.
Horrible. The guy working today at 6pm has a horrible attitude. I had to ask him to spread the tuna out on my sandwich and he threw my veggies on my sandwich as if he was bothered. He was very rude. Bad service equals no customers. And no customers equals no money. Management may want to talk to him so you won’t lose out on money.
Wouldnt eat here and recommend you save your money for food at the gas station. Chicken was hard and the tomatoes were not even ready and hard and the cucumbers were very hard too and the spinach wasnt even fresh cmon guys 1 star
Both the app, storefront, website and Uber Eats all said this location opened at 9am. The store was STILL closed at 11am. Half the time my normal drink (a regular Coke) is out of stock. Disappointed
. The sandwich was prepared in a timely and sanitary manner. However, he would not honor the coupon on the cell phone. The coupon instructs one to show at register. He read it and refused to honor. Family members who were served at different locations were able to use the same coupon without difficulty. Will not return!
