Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
14I don't live in Ohio but I come there every other weekend to visit my aunt we stopped at the subway for the first time the customer service at that store was fantastic the lady behind the counter was more than gracious great personality we got sandwiches before we got on the road to Chicago I put Doritos on my Subway sandwich it was quite delicious on the ride home
Quick and friendly service,
Inside of but separate from Gas station. Very convenient.
Purchased 2 ft. Longs on the app at 9: 15 pm. App said they close at 10: 00 pm. Wife arrived at 9: 42 to pickup order and the subway worker told her sorry we're closed. Come back tomorrow morning and we'll make your order. If they weren't going to be open why accept the order? So now I wasted time, gas and I'm forced to go back tomorrow just to get my order. Completely unacceptable!
The young lady behind the counter was very polite and made a good sandwich. I asked for a double-meat BMT and I got at least a triple. I'm not sure how the boss would feel about that, but it was a great deal for me.
Well, I gave Subway one more shot. You always say one more shot but 30 shots later I'm saying again. The glass around the food was disgusting. And I mean disgusting! It's tomatoes were bad, the cucumbers were super soggy, and the green peppers, well, EWE! This was definitely the last time. And we have tried multiple different ones.
People are rude. Subway there is never stocked and counters are dirty. Employees spend more time on their phones than helping customers.
Got a six inch sub it's inside the gas station they were quick making it tasted fine only paid $4 only thing was you have to pay the station clerk instead and sometimes that's a wait
I ordered 2 subs online OVER an hour before they close.i got there, and stood waiting for someone to come over and hand me my subs that were behind the counter and the man working the gas station counter says "'ma'am, it's kinda shut down. " (mind you, it was still an hour before they were supposed to be closed at this point). Then once i clarified that i had the mobile order he said "OH" and handed me my food.alas, both subs were missing items, incorrect, and just poorly made.if your hours are listed as 6am-10pm, you should probably make sure you're actually open during said hours.smh.
Always happy with the quality of the product I get at this location have been a customer for as long as it has been there. Staff always very friendly.
Well like I said I'm want to give it to you straight the only game in town but you know Beauty East Coast guy we really know what a hoagie is or submarine or a grinder torpedo whatever you want to call it but you know what they say when in Rome
When we ordered for 4 subs he asks us if we are sure we need 4?
And then he takes forever to prepare our order.
It’s the same guy in the picture.if you want to grab something quickly, this is definitely not the place.
Stopped twice before work. Workers were attentive the first time. Now they got some guy that took over a half hour to make 4 subs. The cashier rang up 10 people, yes 10 people while he made 1 sub. I stood in line so he could make my girlfriends sub but still had to let 2 people ahead of me so 12 total. All questions were answered when I was leaving and he was smoking a blunt out front of the store. Never again. Oh then I was late to work, great experience
The service attendants were nice. It's a gas station subway so it is what it is but it was pretty decent experience compared to some of the stand alone subways in the area
Was hard to see what condiments they offered. The help was more interested in who was coming to work instead of taking care of the customers.
