21The subs be good but they don't know how to wash their hands before they put on their gloves. And they're supposed to be open right now but isn't
The people at this place need trained. Last time I was here it took over a half an hour for a basic sub and there was only one other customer in there who was already being helped when I walked in. They all stand around looking at each other like it's everyone's first day on the job.
This time I couldn't use my American Express gift card because she said it wasn't a Subway gift card. I told her it literally says you take American Express on this screen and she said "it confuses me too". I told her if that was the case I shouldn't be able to use this Visa to pay either. Easy, don't hit the gift card button and let me run it like a credit card.
Dumb. Never coming here again.
I’m sure the owner or corporate would be thrilled to know that they decided to close a 1/2hr early.
2022:
I must commend the staff tonight. The customer in front of me went from zero to full blown crazy in about 10 seconds.she didn't like the condition of the wet tomatoes (looked fine to me). The staff tried most diplomatically to appease her to no avail. Her vulgar comments increased until she was nearly out the door. A staff member began to apologize to me when said customer stopped dead in her tracks, turned around, and started in again. You just never know where crazy is gonna show up But the entire crew is to be commended for maintaining their professionalism!
2018:
Happy with this particular location that's near my home. Not so happy about the policy about the new garlic bread sandwiches however. Nowhere in the store does it say that they charge you extra for this type of bread choice. So I was surprised when they made my sandwich and I was told at check out that my sandwich would cost an extra $2 because of the garlic bread choice. This is a corporate error - so don't yell at the employees. Just another case if buyer beware.
Called in advance to place order for pick up. Girl was rude & said I couldn't. So I drove there and their door is locked. Staff made decision to close 45min early. Will be contacting owner tomorrow
Ordered curbside pick up. Got there and let them know I was there, worker brings my food but no drinks. I said I should have drinks too. Worker then says, your cups are in the bag, you have to come in and fill them up yourself! UNBELIEVABLE!
Just incredible. Stopped to take out a Black Forest Ham 6-incher. The employee could not even put together a sandwich. The bread was not cut through so it was more like a pita pocket which held nothing together. The veggies were huge and falling out. In fact, 75% of the fillings were laying in a heap in the wrapper. The wrapper was wet and unappetizing. This isn’t rocket science, as the saying goes. What incompetent person can not even construct a sandwich correctly? I fear for this society.
Masks, gloves, and dividers were used to ensure separation between customers and fresh food preparations.
The manager and employees are so very rude they don't know how to make the sandwiches the right way and they make you repeat yourself at least 10 times and put way too much stuff on your stuff so please do not got to this location. And their store is every unclean
The employee was mad I didn't want my sub tosted, and had to ask multiple times what I ordered.
Worth it. They’re busy but they always do the best they can. Anybody giving them an hard time needs to put themselves in those shoes. Pandemic people screaming. People are lucky we can even go to places like this
Extremely disappointed. My daughter went there yesterday and got a salad. I stopped today to get a salad and was told they are no longer doing salads. However I did go to the subway on Navarre in Oregon and they are still doing salads.
Staff is rude and do not make the sandwiches properly. Ordered a tuna sandwich and the tuna was not fresh. Ordered a second sandwich toasted and the cheese was not melted. Ask for a return and was not given that option. No manager was working so I had to go back the next day only to be treated rude by the manager. Waiting a call from the general manager that will undoubtedly not happen. I don't recommend eating at this subway location. The location in Maumee at Golden Gate plaza is fantastic.
Tried this Subway for the first time today. First of all, I wasn't expecting the store to be so huge on the inside. Anyway there was no wait. I walked in, right up to the counter, ordered my subs and left. Food was good. I will definitely return in the future.
Every time I go here I don’t even get greeted when I walk in the door. The two men who work there at night (one with long hair, one who’s short with blonde/brown hair) don’t even acknowledge you until you’ve stood at the counter for a minute or so. They have rude attitudes and turn off the open sign before the restaurant even closes. They either hate their jobs or hate each other but they don’t need to be working there.
Horrible customer service. 3 people behind the counter and 4 customers in line. Took 25 minutes to get everyone taken care of. The woman making the food kept leaning over the counter smashing the food with her breasts. It was so disgusting. This location has disgusting, slow employees.
Usually get great food and service. The people working seemed very unenthusiastic, (it took roughly 3 minutes for him to even put his gloves on it was pretty uncomfortable) I ordered a chicken terriacki sub. They gave me turkey. The cheese seemed to have been sitting out all day and didn’t look too appetizing. They didn’t have any sweet union sauce in the squeeze bottle available and didn’t seem too enthusiastic to get more out so I just let it go. Ill still come back but I’m very much displeased with the service I got today.
The person that appeared to be the supervisor didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all and was completely overwhelmed by a line of three people. I've worked in food service and know that's not a lot of people. I had to wait for 20 minutes past the time I was supposed to receive my food. If you have a new worker they should be placed with someone who's competent and knows how to do their job. Overall think that as far as food goes it was fine, but the staffing choices didn't make a lot of sense. The new person was very friendly and truly did his best. I do this that he should remain as a part of your team, just needs a new trainer.
The last time I visited this location the week of April 22.2020, the male worker was not friendly and very rude. That was my last time going there.
Came into this store at 630pm store closes at 10pm. No Onions, No Tomatoes.managment is failing this location
