10Came with my family my husband told him that he won'tthw meat worm up and instead tust it instead. I went back up to get a few cookies and he never came out from the back I said can I get help and never came out.
I want to give zero. This place is so dirty, and they use dirty ingredients. They also only ever work one person at all times unless training. Awful.
Honestly 1/2 a star wasn’t an option. Made an online order tonight paid for and confirmed at 1850 for readiness and pick up at store at 1910. Upon arrival gates to the store within Walmart were closed and looked. Store manager counting down drawer on cell phone complaining about staffing and new hires. Did not acknowledge me until 1915. After I stated excuse me twice. Manager stated store closed at 1900 but website states 2100. Acknowledged me with an attitude after eye rolling and asked if I wanted a refund on my card which would take 3 business days. After the repeated attitudes; I stated no I have waited this long what’s another 15mins. At 1925 manager started to make order while complaining about 5 others orders that came in before 1900. Order was not correct and at this point why would I want to even ask for her to correct the items, personally scared to at this point. I have never had a subway location so unprofessional and it take almost an hour to get a pre-online order or in store order for that matter for a family of 4 (so 4 subs).
While in the Perrysburg area - I recommend Jimmy Johns or another sub store. Yikes I hope everyone else has a more positive experience. And to the manager if you do not like you job, it’s a global pandemic everyone is hiring with incentives find a career that makes you happy instead of miserable and unprofessional have the best day you deserve lady.

She was working by herself managing the busy front and online orders. She did a great job making my sandwiches and just wanted to get a quick 5 star to her
Ordered on line, got home and not only did they toast my sub which I did not request they also put wrong items on it.
The Web says they are open but when i walk up they are clearly not. One would think at 10: 30am they would be open or atleast someone there in the process of getting it ready. Plus no hours of operation posted anywhere. I wish I could have gave them 0 stars.
Worst sandwiches ever ordered. A Cold Cut Combo, ordered with double meat, not on it, ordered with Italian bread, got Wheat, order with pepper jack cheese, no cheese at all on it, no tomatoes, just a awful excuse for a sandwich.
A Black Forest Ham, and Turkey, on Wheat, again ordered double meat, not on it, no tomatoes, and no pickles. They were literally the worst sandwiches ever.
Paid with delivery, $32 and change for 2 sandwiches that I wouldn't have paid $5 each.
I highly suggest you to never buy a sub here at all.
They use same knife with cleaning or sanitize to cut subs and also pizza cutter never washed to cut pizza here. They don’t care about customer service and never said hi or hello. All the cashier said was what do you want.
Seriousy.placed a $50.00 Doordarshan and for some reason went here. Called because subway (get your life together) doesn't allow special instructions at all and got the most friendly f you i have ever gotten. Ordered 4 subs no option for double cheese (you know the thing that breaks the bank of subway.
Was told no (employee of the year saving that $1.09). But one of my subs didn't have cheese so could have been swapped instead of me taking cheese off my sub to cover the double cheese.
Called back and she just ignored calls. Real professional.
I stood in line for 10 minutes while the associate helped the customer before me. After he was done the associate told me was closed and won't serve me! He got a piece of my mind, dip whit.
