Subway, Toledo OH

Make sure you watch the employees make the sandwich! If you order it for delivery, they'll care even less about getting it right! I just ordered two sandwiches through Door Dash and BOTH breads were BURNT & SUPER HARD! The cheese on the Ham & Cheese Melt wasn't even melted! The sandwich was cold and I literally live only 2mins down the street! GO TO THE SUBWAY ON LASKEY RD. INSTEAD!

What really made this visit was the young adults behind the counter, a young lady and a young gentleman. Food was just as we asked for it (and we were picky about it), it was hot and fresh. I loved that the workers were excited about helping us and talked about their favorites and nee things for us to try. Parking was a little tricky to get in to but there were spots there. Customers were pretty much in and out quickly so the lot was never full really.

Last time I was there they had no wraps time before that they had no bread employees don't really seem to care about customer service

One of the best Subway experiences I've had. The entire staff was upbeat and friendly even on a slow day and the food was still delicious.

I love this Subway. The staff there are always so polite and they all work really hard to get orders out on time. I usually order online and pick up in store and it's always ready when I get there. Today, they were a little swamped with online orders and my salad wasn't done yet. They apologized immediately and got my order ready as soon as they had finished the ones that had come before mine (That's only fair). The two that were working are always kind and always have a smile for their customers; it looks like they actually enjoy their job and working together which is hard to find lately. Either way, my salad was great, she gave me a free drink for waiting which wasn't necessary but was appreciated.

Negative stars they make me give 1 to post The disrespectful young man that was working I believe his name was Ryan I asked he said he didnt know he didnt greet me when I walked in then he made eye contact with me 3 times and still didnt speak he took his time putting on his gloves so I said hello and he still didn't greet me when I asked to speak to the manager he told me he didnt know their name and that they were not there luckily another employee was on break and told me the manager was there she Adrian came out and said hi may I help u. Jus that simple. She said she would have a talk with him. Not sure if she will. But I will be reaching out to the DM or owner the morning. Its ridiculous how these kids think we owe them something and they shouldn't have to work for it. Needless to say they have lost a very loyal customer and I will be taking my family and friends with me.

Great experience here! We came in for lunch during my birthday celebration. The two ladies on the line were very friendly and had great customer service. My partner can be every particular with his sandwich and said they made it absolutely perfect. I forgot to ask their names before we left but they were amazing, thank you!

My grandsons and I stopped in for lunch at Subway the other day. The girls behind the counter and were helpful polite and professional. I always get what I order at Subway is always fresh and delicious. I've had Almost every sandwich on the menu and I love them all. Keep up the good work some way we do not have many restaurants where we could go in and enjoy delicious healthy meal

Stopped in to get me and my daughter lunch and the girls greeted us right away, and I asked if they had Monterey cheddar bread and they said no all they had was the Italian herbs and cheese so the worker Avren took out a footlong white bread put the Monterey cheddar cheese on it and baked it on top for me and then made my sub absolutely amazing she really went above and beyond what she gets paid to do all the girls there are just great? That you say much for a great experience

The worst experience ever. Spent literally 15 minutes from the second he grabbedy bread to the finish.all the pop from the machine was out or tasted completely flat. I honestly will not be going back to that location and wouldn't recommend to anyone (:

Had an excellent experience here today! While they were busy, one of the subs on my mobile order got messed up and when I returned, the woman was so polite and kind and immediately admitted and went out of her way to fix her mistake. Great employees!

Service slow nothing but kids work here waited 20 mins after ready time for an online order. One of the employees had a whole conversation on his phone and took a dump while the other employee struggled working by herself, And she slow as molasses. Basically I’m over this location and Subway all together. Smh

Won't go there again, spinach bowl was filthy. Employee got upset when I asked for clean spinach.

Terrible! Disgusting attitude from the employees.sad sad days when you can't get it done your way at Subway.sloppy and super unappetizing. I for sure will be picking me a new location. I love Subway and I'm not sure if I will be able to collect myself and give them a try somewhere else in the city. YUCKY
