Subway, Toledo OH

The bread wasn't fresh at lunchtime and some of the veggies were frozen. Their meatballs were in burnt sauce, and I couldn't even get a sub toasted because their toaster oven was down for weeks. Not a great Subway, but I can be pretty picky when I'm spending $10+ for a sandwich.

Oven didn't work to toast bread and sandwiches. Bread was hard and so were cookies. Worst Subway experience ever. Not going back to thus one

Glass cases are both covered in a variety of hand prints, food, and what one hopes is a spilled sauce of some sorts.

Please do away with the Teriyaki in the sweet onion sauce. It was all I could do to stomach a few bites of the sandwich. Just threw the rest away.

Hopefully it will be a better experience next time.

Service is very poor, hardly ever open, never have enough people working, and their employees will make you wait while they screw around. Go across the street to jimmy johns instead.

Subway was awful! A group of six was patiently waiting in line in front of me at this campus Subway at 1 p.m. And the guy making the subs, apparently the only one there as the phone rang and was ignored, decided he'd had enough business for the day and said he was closing! Feel bad for him but was that really his choice? And I know help is hard to get but they better get on it. Do more. College is back in session

Ordered my food on Grubhub, the driver was great. This subway? Not so much. Only ordered 3 things. Sandwich, chips, drink — they forgot the drink and chips, and prepared my sandwich completely wrong. Thanks for a waste of time and money, pay attention.

The little boy was so annoying, rude and unprofessional. He had a smart mouth when I asked him a question about an item. He irritated me so bad, that I didn't even want to order anything for myself. Due to the Corona virus, places are just hiring anybody

The girl working tonight from Another store. Monroe and something or another. She made the best sandwich I think I have ever had the whole entire time I have bought from Subway.which is years.everything was fresh and Crisp. It was just delicious. The best. I hope she stays.

Delivery subway not good as pick up. Dry and never enough mayo and ranch when I ask for it. Seems quality has went down since delivery.

It's not the store's fault, but the app can be difficult to navigate, and somehow it duplicated my order. There's no way to fix it online and tells you to call the store, well thats all well and good, but when there's only 1 employee, and he's busy, he can't come to the phone. (Which makes sense) so unfortunately they made the full order, and had to void it all out and rering it when I got there. Thankfully, he was able to get ut taken care of after calling his manager. My only complaint about the location is I wish they participated in the special offers. It's disappointing that they don't, thats why only 4 stars. Food is good otherwise

This is the freshest Subway in town. Everything tastes better when its fresh. I drive past several Subways to get to this one! The people are nice as well! Take a bow ladies

Was told to wait until the crew person finished an online order before I could order. Waited 22 minutes for her to complete ONE online order.

Everytime I go here, which that is very rarely, it's slways good service and the employees are nice and presentable.

Subway is definitely a classic around northwest Ohio! But the Toledo, OH University Of toledo campus location is very spacious with later hours! But never has enough staffing and runs out of food items! That's why they lost a star.

It is really good and the worker who took my order was great and even went to the back to get me some fresh apple juice cause they ran out in the front

Had me a wonderful time getting a salad, and also a good conversation about the negatives the current pres administration did with the pandemic. By defunding the CDC in 2018 of 15 million dollars it left us dreadfully unprepared and sadly the loss of americans. Also claiming it was a hoax made others believe there was nothing to fear, to anyone that sees reason and human decency, go out and vote for your values please.

It's subway. It's just fine, nothing special. Typically never a wait. You can park in the Arby's next door for faster arrival time.
