I asked for chicken bacon ranch which was supposed to be $11 and change. The guy wrote me up for a chicken sandwich add bacon, the bacon was an extra $2 which made my sandwich around $13 + change. They are scamming you for your money check your receipt!

Older gentlemen (not the owner) just threw my sandwich together. I ordered the pre made subs which states what comes on the sandwich and he kept asking me what do I want on my subs after me telling him and pointing at the sign I wanted like it says and he still didn't do that. I'll be asking the owner to make my sandwich next time!

The lady was nice with the red hair she always have a positive attitude but they need to stop hiring all these young people or do a better job at teaching them at first I had to say what I wanted like 6 times than I told her to that’s enough mayonnaise the girl was still putting more than she cut my sandwich wrong so I had to wait to get home to cut it because I couldn’t even rip it open how bad she cut it than lastly she didn’t know how to work the cashier so she had to ask someone for help like stop hiring people that don’t know to do there job correctly the sandwich tasted fine but she need more practice and guileless

Isn't it against health department laws to NOT have fully a minimum of 1 functional public restroom for any and all food service restraunts, particularly sit down, dine in? I'll query Health Dept.next for their opinion. Best thing was employee simply stayed so matter of factly when asked if they had a restroom " no ma'am we don't. " BUT took the time to put her own safety at risk by opening the service door and leaving it open to " cover, " or hide the restroom doors behind it. Amazed at the ingenuity.

I haven't been to a Subway for a year. My Aunt gave me a $10.00 Subway gift Card and I decided to use it after leaving church. I ordered a 6" chicken sub. It had more toppings than meat. Subway should be ashamed. The associate was nice. She was training a young employee, so patience was a plus. I had never been in a Subway with a dining room. It's a decent sized room. I would be hard pressed to go to Subway again.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The worst customer service ever. I had order a combo meal for my toddler and I. I proceeded to eat when a lady yells from behind the counter " our lobby ain't open! " First of all how rude. There are no signs on the door, walls, tables or anywhere the public can see that acknowledges that the lobby is closed. Why wait until guest start eating to say this. Put signs up and let us know before paying instead of trying to make the money. No recognition for guest experience or customer service. So mid bite we had to gather all of our stuff and leave. Imagine the chaos of telling your hungry tired toddler we have to abruptly leave mid meal. Imagine the chaos. They are waiting until guest pay and then kicking them out.
