Subway, Shaker Heights OH

Never open when sign says. Store closes at 8: 30pm but they stop serving food at 7 o’clock.
Weird.

All the staff here, no offense, do not care about sanitary practice and definitely do not practice safe prepping regulations. I came here for lunch out of desperation, and the lady with the Bob hair style (10/24,1-1: 30p) came back from break outside. DID NOT wash her hands. The staff are cool…. But not clean always.:/

Things seemed a bit disorganized, but maybe this was because they had just opened for the day. Subways pride themselves on their fresh bread but my sandwich appeared to use yesterday's bread. Disappointing.

Going here was terrible. Felt super ghetto. Obnoxious music being played. Person who made my food was eating while making the food. Tempted to throw my sub away now…

They close "around 8: 30pm" according to the employee even though the posted sign says 9pm

First and last time coming here. The lady was rude when she informed me that they were pick up only. Had she spoke up and clear the first time I would've heard her. Then her comments as I was leaving were uncalled for.

The younger lady was very rude, flopped and just through our sandwiches together.she had an entire attitude and it showed.not the customers fault when employees are unhappy with their job or their personal day. That should not reflect in your service.we were trying to eat fresh but ended up eating better.she was rude to my husband and children.my daughter is 5yo.no respect.unacceptable.left it where it is no thanks. We'll never go back abs nobody that I know if I could help it

Adjust your business hours since the employees choose to close 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time. That way you're not wasting people's time in coming into your store. And the time I came in previously, the employee was in the process of threatening some customers. The customers were an issue but the employee should at least ATTEMPT to de-escalate the issue.not FIGHT them. Customer service goes a long way.

I am confused, they make coupons, for 2 footlong subs, for 12.99and none of the subways want to accept the coupons, this is baffling

There was tuna on my sub and only asked for rotisserie chicken. Asked for double toasted wasn’t even warm. Too much sauce and made bread soggy. Cared less about customers

Owner and son doing their best but seem to have a issue keeping employees (high school kids). It's hard to find people who want to work, even in a sandwich shop.
